I was quite surprised that this small town Mexican restaurant was some of the best Mexican food I have had in a long time!
We were a party of four and ordered a variety different combinations and a la carte items. They have a spicier salsa if you ask for it, and it was great in combination with their regular salsa.
Prices were very reasonable but the portion sizes were a little on the smaller side.
One of our party had the pico de gallo and she said it was great!

This place is great! One of the waiters is constantly joking with us whether we are his responsibility or not. Everyone is generally kind and the food is great!

It has inside and outside dining. The inside is large, charming and authentic. The outside has a big mural on the one wall, perfect for photo opportunities, and an ideal venue for get-togethers, or parties.
They have a menu with a wide variety to suit most tastes, from chicken and beef to seafood. The portions are good. The margaritas are huge, delicious and intoxicating. There is plenty of parking outside and across the street at the community center. It’s a good affordable restaurant for a heart meal.

We’ve been here several times. Mostly it was good, other times it wasn’t. My bf and I would order the same thing. But now they have lost our business since I found plastic string like substances in my california burrito. Disgusting.
Ended up going back and getting refunded, but we will never be back.

Asked about happy hour drinks, which they have a massive sign as you walk in the door. The day and time was right but the server told me they didn’t do happy hour. Then maybe don’t have a sign that says it as you walk in? Also the menu has an option to add cheese sauce for a $1 to one of the items. I specifically told him the cheese sauce that goes on top of the appetizer. Server instead brought me an entire full serving of cheese sauce and tried charging me $4.50. He argued with me, then told me he “fixed” it. I looked at the receipt and he rung it up as a $1.50.

Tonight ordered my usual chipolte chicken but it wasn’t the same. Tasted way to much like velvetacheese with little heat. Also I usually get a plate with lettuce, sour cream and salsa fresco but not tonight was going to get charged.

This place has decent food and almost decent service. It’s the first place I have been to in a while that brought one person their meal while everyone else had to wait for theirs. That was strange. There are water damaged ceiling tiles that are falling down in the entrance to the dining area, and the bathroom needs maintenance.

First time here and it was a fun spot! Had the enchilada plate with rice and beans and requested cheese on top instead of the tomato sauce which was accommodated with no problem. Iced tea and margaritas did not disappoint!
