I always have a great experience at this KFC! The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious — you can really tell they take pride in what they serve. The restaurant is spotless every time I visit, from the dining area to the drink station. The manager and the employees are always so nice, welcoming, and professional. It’s clear they care about their customers and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. Definitely one of the best KFC locations around!

I got a big box with a drink and a famous bowl. My big box chicken was pink and got asked to bring it back to check to make sure with the receipt.. I did and the lady didn’t check it she opened the box then closed it really fast. So I went back to work thinking I still have the famous bowl but no there’s a blue hair in it. So trash that goes now I have no lunch and I lost money on food I can’t eat. Thanks for reminding me why I stop going back to KFC..

As an Uber driver it’s very disheartening to have your elder female cashier employee comment on my size to her coworker. Saying “Look at him, look how big he is.” By the way ma’am I need surgery on my spine and my medication for mental health makes me gain weight no matter what I eat. I could easily file for disability but I choose not to file for it. So that I can save money for my own house and for a medical procedure in Brazil. So maybe next time you shouldn’t be so judgemental staring at people through the heating racks and talking trash. If you would’ve done your job correctly I wouldn’t have waited 15 minutes for one little order. If you had done your job correctly I wouldn’t have been upset about you handing another man his order before me. I was waiting in that KFC for 10 minutes before the other delivery driver even walked through the door. Was he working any harder than I was? Was he waiting for his order before me? Was his size more acceptable for you to hand a delivery order 1st to? Thank you for telling me to have a good Sunday after talking trash for 10 minutes straight like I couldn’t hear you and the other gentleman working there. Because you’re the one that needs Jesus ma’am. I’m a human being just like you. And I was working to pay my bills just like you. So maybe next time don’t hand out orders based on someone’s size and do the job you’re supposed to do. Great customer service (that’s irony). This happened at this location at 2pm central time on Sunday November 30th. And when I make the time I will have the GM review the video to prove that your were staring at me like I couldn’t see you and talking trash like I couldn’t hear you. Now it has become more clear why KFC has declining sales. I ordered an 8 pc extra crispy with 2 large sides and 4 biscuits. You know it’s bad when the biscuits were crispier than the chicken. The chicken was not even close to crispy. The corn was nasty and tasteless. You can tell they mix the old stuff with the new. The cole slaw was the only thing good but that comes premade in a bag so it’s hard to screw that up. Even the sweet tea was horrible. Should be illegal to even call that sweet tea. Took almost 10 mins for someone to even wait on me at the counter and they weren’t the friendliest either.
Overall, I can honestly say that I will not spend my hard earned money on this garbage ever again. Do yourself a favor KFC and just close your doors permanently. It’s obvious you don’t care about serving good food.
Close the KFC and put a Jollibee there. I would be there everyday!!!

Terrible costumer service. They denied bathroom to my 6 year old, give her burn refried chicken. The lady at the cashier is everything except polite.
If the have a homeless problem is definitely not my problem, so just you know in this area you will be treated very very bad.

I came in to pick up a door dash order. The dine-in area was not clean at all. Their trash looks like they haven’t taken it out in days. If I came here to get myself food, i would not.

Fries were soggy and there is some sort of hot sauce smothering the chicken sandwich after we were told it only came with Mayo and pickles. Called the store multiple times and no one answered the phone. Won’t ever be back. Pic of sandwich is after taking 4 napkins and wiping sauce off.
