Ordered maple bacon croissant, besides chicken, there was nothing else on it unlike what is listed on the mobile app Nobody was even at the restaurant (drive through) besides us, so it’s no like they were busy

Placed a mobile order at the North Haven (Universal Drive) location around 11:40 PM, while the store and website both indicated they were open until midnight. Upon arrival, I was told they were closed and that the hours hadn’t been updated online yet. As a result, I never received my order and there’s no clear way to request a refund through the app since the location showed as “open”. This was frustrating and misleading. I hope management addresses staff training and ensures accurate hours are reflected.

The associate had time to have a whole conversation about them being closed, and provided the name “Ieesha” when asked who the manager was… despite being “closed” by the way.

We had stopped at Wendy’s after checking out trail of terror. Due to it being late and most restaurant kitchens were closed we decided to just stop at Wendy’s on our way back home. We arrived around 11ish and told the lady we needed a minute to look at the menu. Not long after we got a snotty “Are you ready yet?!” Feeling rushed we just ordered quickly. I asked for extra pickles on my cheeseburger. Once we got to the window the gentleman at the window I will say, was very nice. Who ever the lady was with him, was far from nice. She didn’t even look like she cared to be there. The gentleman handed us our food and as we were driving off to a parking spot we noticed the lights inside were getting turned off. It was weird because it states it closes at midnight. Once we parked we noticed how sloppy our burgers were made. There was no extra pickles or let alone any pickles on my sandwich and my boyfriend’s burger was basically a ketchup sandwich. The French fries were even WORSE. They tasted like cardboard as if they were made hours ago! I didn’t even want to go back through the drive thru since the lights were off and we probably would’ve gotten some snarky comment or response from the lady. Now seeing previous reviews I felt the need to leave one myself, which I never feel the need to post a review. I will never visit this Wendy location again and I would stay away if your thinking about going.

After waiting 20 minutes in the Drive through to pickup a mobile order and 10 more minutes to my house getting ready to enjoy my food just to find out all my burgers are full of BACON which I didn’t order, after ruining my dinner had to drive back to get what initially order, didn’t get a single apology or an acknowledgement and the person who I was dealing with grabbed the bag and said I’ll make the right ones, then placed the new food in the counter without a word and left 😐
It seams like no one cares in more and that is the level of service nowadays

You’re not allowed to order a small sized anything for biggie bag orders here anymore. 01/22/26 I was very surprised to hear I had to order a medium size if I wanted food, or I’d be getting nothing. ‍♀️ not worth it if you don’t have a choice to me

Absolutely disappointing. Ordered a Cobb salad get it home and find it’s rotting. How long has it been there? Was it kept refrigerated? This is how food poisoning starts. Unbelievable. Making a complaint to Wendys corporate next.

UPDATE: I was never able to receive a refund from this location and Wendy’s corporate customer service did nothing for me either. I cannot understand how none of the concerns and complaints have not made it up to Wendy’s corporate office and senior leadership or executive team.

Just wanted to give a recent and fair review because I see a lot of poor reviews here and I didn’t have that experience at all.

Ordered food via the mobile app, breakfast hours (just after 8am) the day after a national holiday. When I drove up I gave my name and mobile order was verified. At the 2nd window the employee did ask me to pull up to the white line (so this is accurate, and in my experience is done so it doesn’t throw off their “wait times” metric but it looked like there weren’t many employees working) but I only waited about 3 minutes and she brought the food out to me. She was pleasant, thanked me, and wished me a good day.

Food was great, no problems there.

Can’t take a simple order. I say spicy nuggets, they give me regular with a few spicy ones on top. I say bbq sauce, they give me sweet chilli sauce. If you’re miserable at your job, quit-why half ass it?

I normally don’t write bad reviews but this one really drove me to. The way they packaged my Single Hamburger with Bacon seemed i intentionally loose so when I grabbed it out of the bag, grease flew all over my $100+ dollar jeans and the burger flew out of the wrapper and all over my vehicle. I feel like they profiled me as a Karen or Boomer or something and did it intentionally. I was really pleasant and patient too. And the soda was filled like an inch and a half from the top. Too expensive to be treated like this.
