Absolutely disappointing. Ordered a Cobb salad get it home and find it’s rotting. How long has it been there? Was it kept refrigerated? This is how food poisoning starts. Unbelievable. Making a complaint to Wendys corporate next.

So the guy that took care of us was really sweet and nice but that was pretty much the end of it. The fries were not hot and the soda was flat. The soda machine that was in the lobby area was down. The place just didn’t look like other Wendy’s, it looked like they’re getting ready to close it and do not care anything about it. Which if that’s true is really sad for one days to just continue on a restaurant instead of just closing it. I know it’s giving the workers money but they clearly aren’t happy. The other lady that gave us the barbecue sauce that had an attitude and it was taking everyone a long time to get food, seeing as if it really wasn’t that busy.

Crazy I stopped coming in here cause it was so bad, but stopped in today cause I work in the area and wanted a quick lunch. Slippery floor aside this was the worst experience I ever had at a fast food place. The employees were all arguing and complaining about wanting to leave. While waiting in line customers from drive through kept coming in complaining about their order being wrong or food thrown into the bag and food falling out. I ordered a Dave double no onions and chicken nuggets. They put it on the counter and screamed nuggets and walked away while they complained about the last customers order being wrong. I looked in the bag it looked ok and not falling apart. I get to work to sit and eat it and found a chicken sandwich with 2 inches of mayo and the throw away piece of lettuce. Judging by the reviews I wasn’t the only one who won’t be back here.

I ordered food on the app and when I came to pick it up, I was told that there was only one employee so the restaurant was closed. I thought I would be refunded, but was not. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the company would not respond. Shame because I liked the food.

So my fault for agreeing to order from there again this is by far the worst fast food place . I have stopped there twice and had grub hub deliver this last time and either all the employees are too high to do there job or they just dont care and should be fired. Once again I order for the kids and some friends they got over . The food gets here and half of the order is missing and the half that came is prepared wrong. This isn’t rocket science. Wendy’s should close this location because it’s a disgrace to the brand . Your workers don’t care . They are rude , disgusting and have no idea what they are doing and could care less

They’re super rude and lazy. They didnt want to fill up the coke machine when the ice ran out so they just started handing out cups of ice if you needed….smh. super inconvenient for customers having to wait behind the line just for ice, and they don’t smile, don’t greet, and just terrible how they look like they hate their job.

I normally don’t write bad reviews but this one really drove me to. The way they packaged my Single Hamburger with Bacon seemed i intentionally loose so when I grabbed it out of the bag, grease flew all over my $100+ dollar jeans and the burger flew out of the wrapper and all over my vehicle. I feel like they profiled me as a Karen or Boomer or something and did it intentionally. I was really pleasant and patient too. And the soda was filled like an inch and a half from the top. Too expensive to be treated like this.
