I Placed an order yesterday through DoorDash for a Philly cheesesteak pizza and Parmesan knots. The order arrived quickly, which I appreciated. However, the pizza was completely burnt, and instead of Parmesan knots, we received cinnamon rolls — which was a serious issue since I am allergic to cinnamon.
I immediately called the store to have the situation corrected and simply asked if the pizza could be remade and the correct item provided. I even offered to come pick it up myself. Unfortunately, the assistant manager, Gary, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. He refused to remake the pizza and would not listen to my concerns. As a restaurant owner myself, I understand mistakes happen — but how they’re handled is what matters. This was handled very unprofessionally.
DoorDash directed me back to the restaurant, so I attempted to resolve it directly. I called again the following morning and was unable to reach anyone at corporate. Later, I spoke with another manager, Austin, who was very professional and kind. He agreed the pizza likely should have been remade, but ultimately nothing was done to resolve the situation.
Because of this, my child did not eat dinner until 9:30 PM.
Again, mistakes happen. But refusing to correct a burnt pizza and sending the wrong item — especially when there is an allergy involved — is unacceptable. I sincerely hope management re-evaluates how customer service issues are handled moving forward.

I’m not sure where anybody’s getting 3 and 1/2 Stars but these guys are awesome. The food is always fire. It’s always on point. They are nice. They’re kind. They’re always helpful. They always give me napkins. I mean this is what every Domino’s should strive for this Domino’s good the food’s good. The customer service is good. I did a online order and waited over a hour for delivery so as I checked the tracking time I seen that it was within the timeframe of the delivery so I checked my ring came and within minutes of doing so I see the delivery car come into view and he pulled up and parked the car on my grass… yes I said GRASS. He didn’t bother to look to see if it was or wasn’t a drive way… so when came to the door I said “ sir that is not a dam drive way”.. he looked like he didn’t know what I was talking about. I said “ where you parked your car.. that is grass” . I called the location to speak to a manager and all he said was I’ll talk to him. Nerve will I order from this location again.. negative -5 from me… probably had an attitude because I didn’t give a tip.

Delivered a Raw Pan Pizza when asked for a refund was promptly given an attitude by AshLin or whomever is managing this place. You don’t talk nor disrespect customers because your product and team members failed at their job. Telling me Raw dough is just a fluffy pizza is insane. Order # 1453. Ima chef therefore i know what Raw is…. no I don’t want it remade too incompetent to get it right the first time.

I ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza on June 11th around 9 pm.
They delivered it with literally like two slices of cheese on it lol. With the lack of cheese and the dry meat, the pizza was inedible. It was all dry crust, meat and veggies. If you’re familiar with the pizza, there is no sauce as the cheese slices are an essential item on this pizza. I have ordered it over 100 times over the years and are very familiar with the recipe.
When I went up to the location to get a refund, the cashier decided to try to gaslight me and argue that 1. I made the mistake and asked for no cheese (which was proven untrue) 2. The pizza HE CLAIMED TO MAKE was sufficient instead of assisting in finding a solution.
He then admitted that he knowingly sent out the pizza with the lack of essential ingredients. I walked out without a refund or a new pizza. I have ordered from this location on multiple occasions for years and have never been met with such unprofessionalism.

You never know who your serving I didn’t want to do the review but Miss lady Elizabeth is dare right Rude! My disabled sister ordered online ! The order wasn’t correct a receipt wasn’t email we called the number well few numbers after 30 minutes or so we found the one she ordered from we had already called this location there were denying the order was made there! Anywho Elizabeth gets on the phone spoke to her about the problem she just hung up! I came over to drive my sister there ! Elizabeth didn’t want to make the whole order over just was offering the correct pizza but not fresh sides that would have been a hour or two old by this time! She says in the Future she wouldn’t do it but would now! Just wrong ! Never taking her here again! On a side note the garlic bits are great pizza not for me

DO NOT LISTEN TO THERE PIZZA TRACKER! If you want decently fast pizza this is not the place. Every time the tracker says your order is ready and I go to grab it they look at me funny and say there’s still X amount of people ahead of you. Other than that the pizza is OK and the staff is friendly. I would give 5 stars if I didn’t have to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes every time I order 2 large pizzas and a stuffed cheesy bread.

I’m so glad I went with Domino’s today,
Everything was cooked perfect with an amazing flavor for a great price, I can’t stress that enough!
I ordered a medium thin crust with pepperoni, extra mushrooms, black olives and green pepper! And it was worth it! Pasta Primavera one of my favorite dishes, so delicious; and Specialty Chicken – Classic Hot Buffalo (think I was hungry lol )
I had a little of everything all of it tasted so good, and I have some left over for later!! Because it’s still delicious when re-heated or even cold!!!
Jalen the delivery driver was punctual and friendly, thank you for your consistency Domino’s team!!! I’m very grateful I try to support local businesses when I don’t have the time or the energy to make anything myself, other pizza places have been total let downs, I know where to go when I want good quality food prepared and delivered by friendly people!! That care about what they do!
Finally my taste buds are satisfied!! Thanks again everybody!!

First time ordered at this store, was passing on my way home , And despite the store looking SUPER busy at lunchtime! The staff was polite and courteous ,( driver even got the door for me)and i was made an AWESOME pizza, that was lightly cooked perfectly to my request! thanks Heather!!

Ordered again today! another perfect pie!! Lightly baked crust, equally distributed toppings ,staff was very friendly and helpful
(opened door for me again) this location is a little farther than my regular store, but i still might have to make this my new go to store!!
