One of my favorite places on campus to get food! The employees are so kind and make my day. The bagels are great and they have good vegetarian options. Plus their black cold brew is surprisingly good and something I find myself craving.

I love the bagels but the Kent campus location is always so slow! I ordered ten minutes ahead through Grubhub and when I got there I had to wait in line to ask for my order and the cashier didn’t even grab my order receipt so they could start making it. Then I waited for it to be made and they never called my name out so my bagel sat next to the same cashier until the whole line finished and then she finally called it out. It was cold and I was late to class!

Rude, mean old women. I got there too late and one of the workers was somehow unable to just mention that they are closing soon, which I didn’t know, and instead muttered “I can’t believe this” in a nasty tone to her coworker. I just walked away because obviously I’m not going to order when they are closing, which I inferred was the case after that ugly comment, but they could have just said that. I would hate my job here too, but you should work on your communication skills! 🙂

Had over an hour between classes to get lunch, waited in line for 45 minutes to order. The food took so long to prepare, I needed to ask a friend to wait on it for me since I had to get to class. Order was also wrong after finally getting from the friend.

Waited over an hour for one bagel and ended up being late to class and did not even get the bagel because of having to leave and a friend had to pick it up and the bagel was wrong. Definitely won’t go again unless I have a lot of time to spare.
