This place is legendary. I don’t know why. It’s like a law of nature. Correction: it is a law of nature. It simply has attracted so many of my journeys to Hacketstown.

We ordered delivery and it was the first time we tried 30 Burgers. I am blown away by the quality of the food. And even more surprised at the price for such great food! Their burgers were so delicious, and you get a lot of food for a very reasonable price. Will DEFINITELY order from here again!

Good burgers. One customer said on his way out that it was one of the best he ever. Lots of options. Been here a few times and always good. Atmosphere is not great. Needs work. Also not a great smell. Maybe the bathe rooms or drains. Hope they fix that. Maybe they are going for more of a take out market.

Ordered food for lunch with a pick up at 12. Ordered at 11:05AM.
Walked in only and only 1 person in kitchen. Was not greeted. After 5 mins he asked can I help you. I said picking up my order. Never said it was not ready..walked in kitchen grabbed someone else from futher back thatI couldn’t see. Never said sorry not ready or running behind.
Stood for 17 mins after my pick up time. The woman pack the bag didnt say 1 word just put it on the counter.
No sorry for delay…nothing!
The point of order ahead is so your not standing around while they make it.
It was my lunch break of 30 mins and I was standing waiting for 20 mins of it.
I feel if they even said sorry or acknowledged it – it would have made a difference but ignoring it or and customer sucks.

Food was great. Place is full of what looks like late teen early 20s kids. . They do have a hard time understanding modified orders. Takes them a few to put it in and read it back correctly. But super good smashburvers

Good burgers. Large portions and very filling for the price. This place caught me off guard when I walked in. Not much more than a few tables and chairs and a counter but the food is pretty good for the price and the portion. I tried the Bacon Royal Burger and the original crispy chicken sandwich. Crispy chicken sandwich was not the juiciest but crispy and large , burger was large and flavorful. Bacon was crispy on the burger. Fresh buns. Patty was well over cooked for my liking but Fries were large and crispy and seasoned well. Definitely a good choice for a quick burger or chicken sandwich in the area. Variety of burger options and chicken options , hotdogs , fries etc… general grille fair and shakes. Nothing too extravagant or out of the box. I wasn’t blown away but they have some solid burger choices. I’d like to also note that the crispy chicken sandwich in the photos was not bitten, it was served to me like that.

I drove 40 mins to this location, this is the second time we’ve ordered from here, first time the girl at the counter was rude, we thought maybe a bad day, we decided to try again, they only gave me half my order, I drove all the way home before I figured it out(my fault, should have checked they did their job) I called d and the girl told me it was my fault again refused to refund the missing items. I will never go back, also the food we did get was saggy and gross. Don’t waste your money on this place, they don’t care at all.

These burgers are absolutely to die for, right on par with Shake Shack, if not actually better. The bacon cheeseburger is five stars plus and their seasoned fries with there amazing mystery dip are the perfect side for it. My only complaint is that the place is a little bare decorations wise and there are occasions when the staff won’t answer the phone but the food is worth every last penny and then some when it comes to quality and ecstatic deliciousness.

Literally the worst place to eat in hackettstown. I ordered with details of each burger, and had the cashier read it back to me, which took a solid 5 times. I pick it up, drive home, just to see they gave us the complete wrong burger and forgot an item. When I called to inform them I was going to pick up the correct items, they told me I had to bring the burger as proof of it being wrong, as they had it “right in their system”. Long story short I go to pick it up, the hooligan at the front proceeds to tell me I was the one who said I’ll bring proof??? When he said that he needed it because it was right in their system.
Clearly this business is incapable of holding themselves accountable. Mistakes happen! They do. However, if you’re RUDE about your mistakes, you don’t deserve to work in the food industry. Everyone makes mistakes, but not being able to own up to it is wild.

This place sucks. It advertises as 100% real beef but it’s 100% fake beef along with the cheese. The burger just kept falling apart. Don’t eat from here dirty on the inside. You don’t know who is cooking your food.
