My 1st experience with this chain, got the chicken finger tacos. Pretty good actually , the dining experience is a little better than your normal fast food as the Booths are private.

*Update 12-15-18* – 1 star Today’s food was bad. TLC sandwich had cold and flattened bun. The chicken filet was smaller than a tender. Ordered 3 of the hottest sauces and they all looked different but the heat was mild. Heat in their sauces never have consistency at this location. Kickinn sandwich with peach Sprite combo ordered around 3:30pm. 15 minute wait after ordering in drive through then I had to park and wait for an employee to bring my order out. This location wasn’t busy inside at this time of day so the wait should have been only a few minutes.

Woooow! I really wish I could rate this store negative stars. The drive thru is always slow but the customer service is typically fair. Tonight, on the other hand, was different. The service was horrible, slow, and the employees were not attentive. They were rude and lazy. It was no one in the drive thur and it still took a while to receive my order after I was told to come on the inside to pick up an online order. The girl said it wasn’t ready come inside when I pulled to the window another girl said it is ready she don’t know she works drive thru its on the shelf come get it. I informed them i had been waiting two hours prior on doordash, and another 30 minutes picking it up myself I’m not coming in especially if it’s not ready. A third girl asked me to pull up or park so she could get the person who had just pulled behind me. I told her no ma’am I’ve been waiting 30 mins for an online order that was placed and paid for. She said you are the 4th person coming to get this order, I told her I know, its my order. They still didnt seem to care. Just not attentive and lazy. The second young lady finally gathers my things and aggressively hands it out the window. I really wish they would start hiring people who really care and want to do their jobs it would make the service, atmosphere, and overall restaurant experience a whole lot better.

I normally get the four-piece snack and 100% of the time and in every restaurant they have always substituted one chicken finger or two pieces of toast for the fries, this time I bought the 20 piece meal asked if we could just swap out for toast, not even chicken but toast because we had a long drive ahead of us in the fries we’re going to get cold, the girl asked a manager and said no we don’t do that here, keep in mind they have done that every single time that I’ve ever been in here. To be honest I’ve never tasted a Zaxby’s fry as they’ve always swapped it out. Spending $40 for 20 chicken fingers is on me but I promise you it’ll be the last time. To not be able to substitute it for anything is absolutely insane especially something as insignificant and cheaper like toast. I don’t know when what world a business says yeah we’ll take a bigger hit and force you to get fries instead of giving you the cheaper bread. And anybody who reads this literally please go right down the road for better chicken and a better deal. Guthries will treat you right. I don’t work there and I’m not affiliated with them but I’ve never had an issue with them and they always let you substitute something that’s equal to the other

The customer service was fantastic! Even the young lady on her break stepped in to help show us something. But as someone who hasn’t been to zaxbys in a very long time, it’s clear the recipe is not the same. The chicken tenders were nasty. No other way to describe it. I was actually shocked.

TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!
Only thing edible was the chicken fingers and only with lots of ranch (still didn’t eat all of them). Fries tasted like fried in old oil. Cheese nuggets also tasted like old burnt oil and dough (not cheese) was chewy, cheese inside was chunky, like biting into a cold cheese stick, instead of gooey. Ordered Coke for my drink. Tasted like fruit punch from using the Freestyle soda fountain. HORRIBLE LUNCH.
Ended up throwing it all away. (Except the candy bar)
So long story short, I paid $13 for a candy bar that will go to one of my granddaughters, because I won’t even eat it.

The lady who take the orders in the drive thru was rude as all get out. Made me repeat my order 4 different times. I know I’m not the loudest person but nobody has a difficult time hearing me in a drive thru. You also don’t answer the speaker with a “hello” no greeting just a rude hello
