Dayshift manager was rude hateful after they got my order wrong. I came back to get the correct food and they still got it wrong because the manager didn’t ask me just assumed she knew what the problem was. Very unprofessional. The employees were kind and helpful but she just made everything bad. I feel bad for the employees that have to work with her. She had long brown hair that looked dirty

1st time here, passing through. Friendly front counter person Amanda. Fast service. Dining area and restrooms clean. Highly recommend. My only complaint but common everywhere is its hard to get a person into the building if you hold the 1st door & a wheelchair person can’t open door, then 2nd door both not automatic. Bring a friend if u are in a wheelchair and only have use of the one hand that u have to use to roll yourself in.

Went to Wendy’s Abingdon drive thru on Cummings St today. Probably one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. I asked for #1 cheeseburger with fries and a drink. I threw most of it away. It would have taken me less time to take $11.50 out of my wallet and toss it in the trash!! All I asked for on the burger was cheese, burger, pickles, and onions. I do this for a reason! Who wants so much mayonnaise on their burger that you need a disposable bib!! Used to love Wendy’s. The drink was fine. Big deal. That will be my last meal there! David Thomas and his daughter Wendy would not be proud!

My husband drove through on his way home from work and picked me up a salad. When he got home, I noticed the bottom of the salad was brown and rotten. This is the second time it’s happened and only the second time we’ve eaten at this location since moving to Virginia. He called and they had him drive 20 minutes back there to show them the salad and they wouldn’t give a replacement or a refund. I should’ve grabbed a picture but I was so mad that this is the second time it’s happened that I sent it back to the location with him thinking they would fix it and it wouldn’t be a problem. Instead they told him all of their salads were brown like that on the bottom and he paid for more food for me before checking with me so I could at least have something to eat. ♀️ Definitely won’t be getting food here again and I recommend you don’t either. At least I checked the salad this time instead of biting into rancid lettuce like the first time.

The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Imagine paying 4 dollars for a drink that’s 2/3 full. Every single employee that works here is hateful and has ZERO customer service. I’ll never go back here again.

Absolute crap service from the guy at the window. Screaming and hollering in the microphone along with several other employees. When I asked for my money back, he gave a huge attitude and the manager didn’t even apologize, she laughed and said it’s fine give it to her! LOL what a joke of a service.

Was quick and food was good, but when I asked worker in drive-thru if the dipping sauces on the promotional Wednesday meals were spicy, he said he ‘had no idea, they weren’t told’. Hint: They are spicy. All 4 of them.

Whomever owns this specific Wendy’s please help our town we love Wendy’s but, the service here is absolutely terrible. The lady running the drive thru (lunchtime)window basically throws your order at you and it’s always wrong which she never believes us and we have to prove our case and then drive up and wait for the correct order. Two chicken sandwiches and two drinks really isn’t that hard of an order. Never fails we get the wrong food and rude service. Wendy’s os better than this. Today as the lady was figuring out our wrong order I watched her lie to someone who was impatiently (rightfully so) waiting for someone to take their order she told them the computer system was completely down after already telling the same customer “we are very backed up in here”. The system was not down everyone was just given the wrong orders AGAIN. Please please fix this.

Worst hamburger I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. Mushy, soggy, the few strands of lettuce were old and damn near transparent. Threw away after first bite.
