Friendly family-owned restaurant that offers affordable Taiwanese food. Their braised beef noodle soup was so great in terms of taste and amount. They also offer brunch specials on weekend morning.

I went for a lunch special. The gentleman taking orders was very kind and helpful. I Ordered a hot & sour soup, Fish in black bean sauce AND sautéed string beans. The entire amount came to $14.64. A GREAT price, in my book. Now, the taste: hot & sour soup was DELICIOUS & seasoned WAY better than most dc area Chinese restaurants . THE FISH in black bean sauce was tender and surrounded by firm veggies. And the string beans were spiced perfectly and still had a healthy crunch. 5 stars for this great place.

Absolutely loved every dish we had. The service was phenomenal. Favorite appetizers would have to be the spicy wontons, pork dumplings (yummy) and the spring rolls. Entrees we had the duck of course but my favorite were the park fried rice, Kung Pao Chicken AND the General Tao’s chicken. We were treated like family. Amazing cocktails too. Will definitely be back.

If they were a little less expensive we could go every week. They are much better than others. They don’t use taste enhancers and their food is simply better. No day after suffering. Great excellent Chinese food ! Highly recommend them

Excellent service and an enormous selection and variety of food. The menu is interestingly organized into many categories and requires a bit of study. As of my visit they were no longer requiring proof of vaccination.

I went with my brother and sister for my sister’s birthday. My brother had the hot pot style beef, I had the hot sauce chicken, and my sister had the Hunan chicken. When I ordered my entree, the waitress warned that it was particularly spicy, whereas she did not give my brother or sister any similar warnings. We had steamed veggie dumplings and vegetable spring rolls for appetizer. The appetizers were very good, especially the dumplings. The entrees were also excellent, but other than having a lot of whole red/black chilies, none was very spicy.

Great portion sizes and authentic taste. Proof of vaccination required to dine in. Service was good, but they only had 3 tables with people while we were there. I had the beef noodle soup based on other reviews and the bokchoy with mushrooms, which was also excellent

Wonderful restaurant with authentic regional Chinese dishes as well as classic Americanized Chinese dishes, both done extremely well. You can taste the hot wok flavor in the stir fried dishes which really puts them ahead of other Chinese spots in the area (in my opinion). The staff were very attentive and kind and the owners were incredibly nice. Very clean restaurant with good amount of seating. I can’t wait to come back and try to the rest of the menu. (And they have a full bar!)

Parking was limited here but the food was delicious! Got a bowl of their szechuan beef noodles and it came with a large amount of meat. The soup was flavorful, especially with the pickled veggies. The dish is not very spicy, although it is a spicy noodle dish. Also had their salted fish and chicken fried rice which was great as well. They also check for vaccine card when you go in to make sure you’re vaccinated. Definitely would go again to try some other dishes!
