I don’t live too far from this facility but it’s so sad to see one or two people working there. They do have a bad attitude. Food is cold they don’t have a taco sauce sometimes they don’t even have ketchup. It’s so dirty inside and outside. I recommend it somebody to come and see this branch looks awful They don’t have enough people inside it’s extremely very poor quality of food a lot of homeless around the service no customer service at all always with that attitude and the food. Sometimes it is so all the french fries. Today is my last day to be there my husband and I sometimes we used to come here three times a week for today. Enough is enough. Went on 10/05 in the afternoon. I ordered 4 jumbos for my family and they barely put any lettuce or tomato. Super skimped. Super cheaply made. The patties were fine, Jack’s usually are but the very little veggies majorly sucked! It was the reason I buy the Jumbo Jack.

Been coming here for well ocer 30 plus years back in high school my ex’s sister once was the manager and i have seen the other jack joints updated and such but this one is very very retro and not in a good way….. they should of updated this place 20 years ago but nothings been done to the place except what absolutely had to be done to keep the doors open….. its almost as if it is ran by cal-trans or something?!?!? Id be willing to bet its still using the same plumbing that it had when built…. Note to owners, throw some $$$ into it and fix it up a little at least!!!

They are always busy I have only gone through drive through. They are fast however maybe due to the quick service food is not always hot and nobody likes cold fries . I don’t think anyways.t not sure why.
