Horrible service! Everyone is more preoccupied with to go orders. It took 15 minutes for someone to clean an empty table. They left the floor underneath filthy and expected us to sit down and eat! When we asked them to clean it, they refused. Unsanitary and disgusting! The waffles station was crusty and gross. Then, as we left quietly, the workers laughed and heckled us. An absolute disgrace, and on Father’s Day.

Very poor customer service always low on staff and always telling customers to come back or wait 15-20mins for a “cashier” nobody knows how to work a cashier?? Charged me extra for the all star meal took out a tip for themselves without my permission. Terrible waffle house i do not recommend!!! If i could rate a zero i would!

Women at the register has nasty attitude. Asked for fork she responds it’s in the bag so I check again and said no fork. So she grabs a fork and opens my bag too make sure I was not lying. Got my food and drink. I asked for sprite they gave me sweet tea. 17.50 for lunch.

But then they insisted that I couldn’t sit at the bar to wait for my order even though I repeatedly told them that I was 7 months pregnant and couldn’t stand for long periods of time.
