Visited this location around 11am and ordered two iced drinks (chai and latte) and they were both disgusting. Not sure how not one but two drinks made differently could both be so terrible but it was literally undrinkable. The latte tasted like dirt and the chai tasted like milk and water were mixed together with no chai. If you pay $6 for a beverage there needs to be some form of quality control on them so baristas don’t send out creek water in a branded cup. Disgusting.

I would like to start off by saying that this rating is in regards to a particular event and not necessarily to the entire establishment. This afternoon we stopped to go through the drive thru. I have a small 12 pound Pomeranian who was not showing any signs of aggression and clearly I was in control of him. One of my dog’s favorite experiences along with “many” other dogs is hearing the question “would he like a pup cup?” As usual he got in his position perched halfway out the drivers window patiently waiting to hopefully hear those words. Instead we were looked upon with horror by an employee who then says “I am afraid of dogs.” So responded respectfully that he is gentle and will not bite. Instead she stood there almost making a statement that she will not serve us and gave her co worker an asinine stare. The tragedy of all this is my dog is a trained emotional support animal so not only did she make us feel uncomfortable but also made us feel discriminated against. I would like to make a suggestion that she needs to go somewhere where there is no chance of contact with animals. Also my chocolate croissant were cold when I requested them to be heated. Maybe she should do her job instead of being dramatic. On a positive note the window girl with the blue ponytail saw the whole thing go down and did her best to salvage the rest of our experience. Kudos to her.

Coffee has been a little bitter lately and the baristas haven’t been as friendly as usual. Maybe there has been a management change or an influx of new employees but if they didn’t have the pupcup I would probably go down the street to that new place.

This location is a joke. I’ve ordered from here via Uber Eats almost 100 times this year. That’s roughly $4,000 worth of Starbucks ordering through them. In the past few months, my order is missing items or wrong AT LEAST 40% of the time. That’s it for me. Starbucks has lost a two decade customer who spends thousands every year, not that you’ll care.
