Whoever the cook been lately around 8pm has been doing a terrible job on these eggs. They need training on how to make over medium and sunny side up eggs because these are not sunny side up. Customer service is always good.

There was an elderly lady, I think she is the manager, who was very snappy and rude to me and another customer because we wanted to sit at the dine-in counter and watch the cook prepare our to-go meals. I saw that she was busy, training one employee and interviewing a potential employee at the same time, however there was no one waiting to sit at the counter as she heatedly reminded us multiple times that we were not allowed to sit there unless we were going to eat in!! The restaurant was clean, the other employees were very nice, but because of that lady, I’m not sure if I’ll return to that store again.

This Waffle House is SO chaotic, unprofessional, and mismanaged. There is never a clear leader guiding the staff to a successfully shift, never mind a rush. So what you gave is people running around, bumping into each other or standing around doing nothing. Food is often cold, and often delivered in piece mail, instead of at once as you ordered. There is always an error on the order, and multiple employees with an attitude. Avoid this location if you can.. besides there like four other locations within ten minutes of here. Good luck!

I ordered my food with DoorDash which I know it is not the dashers fault because the bag was securely tied up in two bags . But when I bit into my cheesestake patty melt I pulled two long strands of hair out of mouth which Iknow could not have been mine as well because I have very short natural hair . I am highly disgusted , dissatisfied, and would like to report this for this is very unsanitary and nasty can’t reach the store because Waffle House doesn’t accept calls over phone anymore but I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN . I have never had this problem with any Other waffle except this one ♀️.

Very clean and nice inside. Staff wad polite and helpful The food was good no problems at all got eggs bacon and toast. Paid and left had a great time with my son. Good service good food clean restroom. Can’t complain.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Our server, Kay, was rude and seemed disinterested in her job. She added extra items to our bill that we didn’t order and then sat down as if she were a customer. The food was terrible, and our takeout order was incorrect. It’s ridiculous to charge a service tip and a takeout fee, then ask for another tip when you’re not providing table service. I regret coming to this area for food; I should have stayed in McDonough. Get it together, Kay.

They are not good with making egg whites.. only. They brought my eggs first. Then about 8 minutes later they brought out my waffles. I had to eat my eggs before they got cold. Next time bring everything at one time

Don’t come to this location, I ordered 2 all stars and was charged over $50. The waiter on 2nd shift waited until I left and added his own tip on top of the tip I already gave him. He will wait until you leave and charge what he wants to your card. I didn’t realize until I got home. Very dishonest and unprofessional. Will be contacting corporate.
