I asked for extra chipotle sauce and she went really light. So I again said extra chipotle please, it upset the old lady this morning and she was incredibly rude. If you suck at customer service FIND A DIFFERENT JOB! Lol

Worst subway ever. the workers lack common sense as far as how much things to put in your sub. You order a flat bread and they load it with meat and vegetables. It was soooo sloppy that I asked for a salad bowl to put my flat bread chicken teriyaki in it so I can at least eat it with a fork and the lady said I need to talk to a manager. The manager came (his name is Hector) and he told me I can buy the salad bowl for $1. I told him my sandwich can’t even be wrapped properly in the wrap due to it being so sloppy. he told me to put less vegetables…but the thing was his employee was the one who put the vegetables in! he then proceed to tell him that he is not sure how I am suppose to eat it. The sad thing is I am a regular here because I work a few floors up. I go here a few times a week for about year now. I’ve never complained or asked until now and this is what I get. I won’t be back! thanks for the horrible experience, Hector!
