Best burger in Buffalo! Possibly the world. When I lived in Buffalo Vizzi’s was a weekly tradition. Now when I visit it’s the first place I go when I get into town. Delicious doesn’t even begin to describe the huge, juicy, dripping-with-goodness burgers they offer. I literally daydream about them. Not to mention the pile of handcut fries that come with it. They alone win me over. There’s always a friendly crowd and staff making the atmosphere comfy and welcoming. Thank you Vizzi’s for always making my day with your amazing food!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel I need to in this case. I haven’t felt so ripped off in a very long time. We ordered 2 burgers with fries and soft drinks. First of all the burger was made from low quality “meat” since it was loaded with grizzly chunks of who knows what. It was so bad that there was a small growing pile on the side of my plate of bits I couldn’t chew and had to spit out. When we asked for a refill on our soft drink to help choke down our gritty burger, we were told they charge for refills so we declined. For 2 burgers, 2 soft drinks (no refills) and tip it totalled $40. For $40 we could have had a far better meal at a number of other restaurants. For $40 for 2 burgers, you would think they would refill your drink at least once. We will from now on be going to 5 guys for a great burger at a more reasonable price.

The burgers are large, the fries are good, and the waitstaff is friendly, but that’s about where the good times end (and why this even gets 2 stars). The burger meat is so spiced, you can’t really taste the meat. That usually indicates a place that doesn’t have good meat to begin with. They had my wife almost puking, as well as my daughter and I feeling sick to our stomachs. Then, to add insult to injury, they give you a tiny glass of soda, for $3, and don’t provide refills. Next time I want a burger better than this place, I’ll go to Burger King.

Great service. Amazing chicken soup & fries. But they cross-contaminated the other food I got from the grill. Chicken with red meat juices. I’m allergic to red meat. I had given special direction for cooking.Was in pain all night after 2 bites of cardboard marinated chicken breast.

Had a cheeseburger with fries, food was excellent. Burger was huge (I think they weigh the burgers after cooking or something, was way too big to be a 1/2 lb) very well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Bun was cooked in butter on a flap top to give you that perfect buttery crust. Fries appeared to be homemade, ate all of them. Soda I had was fine as well. For the price you can’t beat that burger.
