My husbands favorite (for YEARS) is the Italian Hot Sausage. It’s still as good as it’s always been! I had the breaded tenderloin with sausage gravy, which came with toast, two eggs & hash browns. Delicious!

I hadn’t been to the Norwood for at least a decade. Stopped in recently and was delighted to see it hadn’t changed much. A few updates in the furniture, a bit better lighting, but the essential nature of the place was the same. A solid neighborhood tavern that served a solid meal. The hot sausage sandwich was as good as I remembered (and I remembered it being very good).

Definitely not the best place to go for food unless you like your food raw. Not to mention the bartender can’t make any drink you ask for. When I did get a drink it came in a dirty glass. The bathrooms were dirty and it smelled like sewer throughout the whole place.

Don’t know what going on with the food over there but got french fries that were cold hot sausage sandwich was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted on it and then you called to complain about it and get someone that’s very rude. The service is not very good over there anymore.

Just ordered. Said 45 minutes. Ordered 3 burger baskets. Got there early. They said no fries. We said 3 burger baskets. Lady was rude. But brought our food. Burgers were cold and hard. Fries were warm and fresh. Won’t go there again. Only $25 but still a waste of money.
