Had a great perch lunch here today. Food, atmosphere and service was a wonderful surprise for us.. first time diners. Highly recommend!
Wow a 5 piece perch dinner for $12.99..amazing. the filets were big and the breaded perch was golden brown and perfectly cooked.
The brisket sandwich was also good. Barbecue sauce added more flavor and moisture.
The handicap entrance from the back doesn’t meet the 1 inch per foot of rise and was difficult to manage with a walker especially going out. The hand rails aided the way down. Plenty of low top and high top seating
We enjoyed watchin some pool playing and cheered on the local bar flies.

This is a neighborhood bar with strong drinks and cheap but tasty food. Service was solid but the place is on the small side and fills up has. The big draw is the stake dinner for the price of a hamburger meal at McDs. Would definitely go again.

The food was ok. I suspect most of it was frozen and there were many ingredients they didn’t have. As long as you know this ahead of time you won’t be disappointed. It wasn’t bad, it was ok but a little pricey for such food. I would however go back possibly and try the perch. We had a burger and chicken tenders which were ok. I would give 3.5 if I could.

Stiney’s has an excellent special on Fridays. Steak, baked potato or french fries, and rolls for a very low price. It is a dive bar so don’t expect anything fancy, but all of the food has been great.
