At the moment I’m only giving 2 stars which is being generous IMO. I ordered quesadilla and nacho platter. The quesadilla is little soggy but I think can crisp it in fry pan. I know the grilled veggies caused it, no big deal. The nachos should have never been sent out the door. They are burnt like really. If you wouldn’t eat it don’t expect your customers to. However I spoke with Nancy who was very polite and helpful. I am posting a pic of what was sent. Depending on the remake they send me back will depend on my new review. I’m updating my review. The 4 stars is mainly because of Nancy. She immediately had my order remade…the nachos. She was professional, pleasant and easy to work with handling my complaint. As for the food, first I can be a little hard to please being a former chef. I’m disabled and can no longer work. I just feel that a little more attention to the food can be used. Like nacho chips cook really quick or if you get a quesadilla with grilled veggies, drain the grease off 1st. For now looks like I’ll be sticking with grinders. It’s sad because it was one of my favorite places to eat. I’ll give them another try somewhere down the line. I do want to thank Nancy for her kindness and professionalism.

I’ve been ordering here for nearly 24 years, but recently I’ve noticed my pizza arriving like this. When I finally called to discuss the issue. A lady picked up the phone and She begin by saying her driver has worked there for so many years, so she doesn’t think he would take it and she wouldn’t take it because she doesn’t like jalapeños. I never mentioned my pizza to her, so I wonder how she instantly knew who I was. Maybe they have a system to tell them exactly who is calling along with their order. Either way, she said it went directly from her hands to her drivers hands. And supposedly neither of them took a small piece, yet magically, my pizza is partially missing. She only offered to remake the pizza, which would take over 45 mins, and she had attitude the whole time while I tried to question why my pizza was missing a piece. I sent an email to the email address she gave me about 9 days and have yet to receive response, so I am finally deciding to leave negative review. Its truly disgusting that pizza places are doing this more frequently. Another place I have to stop eating at because I can’t trust people to have even the most simplist type of integrity. I will consider eating here again, only if, the criminal who has stolen is identified and fired and I get an apology. A loyal repeat customer for 24 years, let’s see if they care.

Cheeseburger calzone was ground burger that was dry. Ordered curly fries and got 6 fries total. A large Ham and cheese sandwich had 3 slices of ham cut in half to make 6. Terrible! won’t even get started on delivery time. Never again.

Ordered from here, they sent me a soaked soggy pizza .. it was so wet the bottom of the box was wet! I would normally overlook this since I haven’t had an issue before but when I asked for a refund, they agreed but they never refunded me. No problem, just won’t order from here anymore!

Stopped in for a heart shape pizza on Valentine’s day on my way home from work. I got home, ready to eat, opened the pizza box, to realize its a regular round cheese pizza, besides the sauce being too sweet, I called and I was informed I needed to come back to pick up the correct pizza, it’s about 3 miles from my location so I asked if it can be delivered and provided my address, which they agreed to do so. I had a few people over so I started to cook and forgot about the pizza, then realized it’s been almost 2 hours, I called and I just asked for a full refund but was told I needed to bring back the old pizza. I asked for a manager, she told me I need to bring in the pizza back for a full refund, I informed her its gone and I even needed to make food since I knew the correct pizza was going to take a while since it’s valentine’s day, she asked why did I take too long to call back and I should’ve picked up the pizza. I told her the representative I spoke to, said it will be delivered and it takes 15 or 20 minutes to cook and will be delivered, she then asked the representative if he told me that it was going to be delivered and representative said “no, he (meaning I) would pick up the pizza”, I asked for a full refund, she (manager) said she will speak to her manager and will call me tomorrow. I didn’t receive a phone call all day so I called it 6pm and was told I cant get a full refund if I can’t bring back the full pizza but I can have a $5.00 credit for my next order, so I left it at that and moved on from Village Pizza.

Accidentally began eating before taking a photo lol. I have eaten here for 19 years (and my family probably longer) and I always tell people that it is my favorite pizza. They have very creative and delicious pizzas, and staff has always been friendly to me. Sometimes wait is long at night but that is because many people order pizza at nights and this is a very popular spot. I always choose to eat here and will continue to. They also have been very well at following COVID protocols during these times.

I’ve spoke with manny since my last review “the owner” who may I add was super sweet and very polite can’t begin to tell you how quickly he wanted to rectify mistakes made on my last visit to the restaurant he truly is a stand up guy and the community needs more business owners like him. I look forward to eating here again and suggest all do oh and btw the fried Oreos are to die for so yummy the caesar salad with steak tips and the parm.chic sandwich and pepporni pizza is beyond delicious wow i can not get over the portion size and Pedro you are a great manager thank you so very much
