This place consistently slaps. Some menu items are more on the serviceable side depending on taste, but the wraps continuously impress. Whoever has been making the chicken bacon ranch wraps- you have singlehandedly made my day on multiple occasions. These things are monsters lol

The gyro was prepared with the meat nice and browned adding to the flavor. The pita was also slightly browned and it made it very tasty. The sauce was also very good. Inside seating is fine for a quick bite. The staff was so friendly and cheerful.

August 2021: The food options in Cleveland Heights seemed very limited on a weekday before 5pm. Fortunately, Best Gyro’s was there to save the day.

I parked across the street in a free parking lot and stopped in to see their offerings. I ended up ordering the gyro and the falafel. Prepared fresh, I had no complaints about it.

Pros:
* Friendly staff. The chef and the owner/manager greeted me. The owner owner/manager gave me a lesson in their unique baklava recipe.
* Amazing, cool ambience. The decor has a Greek diner feel to it. The round booth is a unique use of space. The outdoor space was closed for now.
* Good food. The gyro was very tasty and up to par from what I would expect. The falafel was okay, but I’ve had better. The baklava was very sweet, textured, but overly syrupy. They recommend pairing baklava with the ice cream.
* Covid cautious staff who wear masks and gloves.
* Clean restaurant.

Cons:
* The restrooms were closed. Not just closed to patrons, but closed to everyone. This may have been due to covid, but it seemed strange.
* Prices were steeper than I would have like. Not a major issue because prices everywhere have risen.

I am really disappointed . I have been here a few times before, and I always add french fries to my order (normally, really good fresh cut). But tonight, they were overcooked and a little too crispy for my liking. I couldn’t even finish them. The chicken wings were cooked hard . (For the cook: please dont assume everyone likes their chicken cooked hard).

This is an excellent go to spot for great, affordable food at day and late night hours. They a wide selection of food to choose from, beverages and ice cream desserts. I like their museum style dinning area. When busy the place crowded, however, the wait isn’t that long.

I didn’t like this place at all. I went around 1:30 in the afternoon. I didn’t have to wait too long to make an order, but I waited quite a while for the food. Then they forgot one of the parts of my order and I had to get back in line so by the time I got back to my food, part of it was cold. I opened my Gyro and it was so stuffed with things including meat, which was tasty, that I was not unable to eat it as a Gyro. I ate pieces of the meat then I threw it away and I’m going to look for a new Gyro place. Whether you eat in or takeout, it all comes in a huge bunch of Styrofoam boxes; it is decidedly not green.

Not anymore,.. Once upon a time a good location to gather and enjoy quality meals for fair pricing.

This is a $5.99 order of Sweet potato fries.
Two Junior Gyros at $12.99 and a bottle of water equals $33.00.
(Not a good investment)

The lady stapled our bag closed so well as a take out order, I ought of been suspicious.
