Very pleasantly surprised that the food was delicious & fresh. The service from our cashier at the front was fast, helpful, funny, pleasant, and friendly. The lobby was clean & we sat outside listening to tropical tunes in the sun. Great experience overall for a family that was all skeptical! Ended up spending around $80 to feed all 4 of us & 2 dessert shakes.

When the food does come out right, it’s delicious. Expect at least a 10-15 minute wait whether you drive-thru or dine-in. Been here multiple times throughout the last year and about 50% of the time, something is forgotten whether it be sauce or a side.

The service was very good. The wait time is a bit longer than most “fast food” but it was worth it. I had the mushroom burger and husband had a dbl charburger. Both were excellent and had a great charbroiled flavor. The fries were hot and crispy. This was our first visit and won’t be our last. A great addition to Bonney Lake.

Placed order online at 10pm. Said ten minutes to pick up. Got there 12 minutes after order was placed and was told to come in my order was ready. Came inside and my order wasn’t ready she said 5 more minutes so I drove around to the drive through to wait. Waited another 25 minutes in the drive through so now its been 45 mins wait time. The only one with good customer service is the young black kid with braces he has exceptional service for things that aren’t his fault. Got home and missing items in my bags. Probably won’t return.

Check your food before you leave! This restaurant has made a ‘habit’ of messing up orders. All in one visit they gave my food to someone else, so I had to wait for it to be remade, and even then they didn’t make it correctly- missing cheese(paid extra for) and honey mustard. My other burger also turned out to be missing pickles despite extra pickles being requested. For the price, it’s hard to justify the lack of attention to detail, and when you inconvenience a customer you should at least offer them a complimentary soft drink- or even anything at all. There seems to be a significant failure of communication going on in this kitchen. It’s unfortunate because the food is actually good, but the headache of dealing with inaccurate orders just isn’t worth it anymore and I don’t plan on coming back.

Food was ready too early for my pick up. When I was asked what time I wanted pick up. An early cook time rendered the food cold and soggy by the time I got home with my order. I had left my wallet there by accident. I called to check on it. No one ever picked up the phone, a recording said they were to busy. The restaurant and drive though were empty when I got back to Habit Burger, just as it was when I had left 20min ago. I found my wallet in their lobby. When I walked in every employee was standing around chatting. $17 for a burger, fries and a soda is not impressive with this kind of lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
