Hands down the worst DQ experience tonight. My husband and I usually love this location and frequent it often. My dipped cone was the absolute worst thing I’ve ever had. The chocolate was incredibly chunky. The chocolate was running down the cone, and the napkin was stuck to it so to eat my cone I had to eat the napkin. When I actually got to the cone it was SO stale. I could hardly chew it and ended up tossing it. I forgot to mention the staff was an absolute mess and just didn’t seem to be working. I’m really sad because I love this location and the manager always seemed to be great and on top of it.

Went through the drive through for lunch and ordered the new Deluxe Bacon and Cheese Stackburger and an order of onion rings. Wait at the window has beena bit lengthy. Cashier made up for it by giving our pup a dog treat! Was very unexpected and an extremely nice gesture. Burgers had two different cheeses, three beef patties, and were far larger than expected! Beef had a nice char but, were just a bit dry. Still far better than I expected. Onion ring order only had five rings. Seemed a little small. Backyard Ranch Bacon Burger had the onion rings on the bottom. Should be on top. Rings wound up getting soggy. Still was pretty good.

Just went through the drive through of this Dairy Queen while it wasn’t busy. Didn’t get helped for about 5 min. My blizzard was melted and not mixed. My blizzard was also overflowing, he didn’t do the flip test and the cup was very messy. Ice cream wasn’t cold and fries were rock hard. Bad customer service at the window and nice hello or have a good night would have been nice! But instead didn’t talk! Very unimpressed.

Quick service. Beautifully designed ice cream cake and when they added happy birthday on it they held it for me in the freezer when they realized we were eating there before leaving. They were very attentive and brought it out to us quickly when we were ready to leave. Onion rings are the best ever!

Turtle pecan cluster blizzard that runny like a shake with ZERO pecans or caramel. Tastes like vanilla ice cream with a touch of chocolate. Very disappointing for $5.00

I don’t know what happened to this location, But it’s not good. I’ve had one bad experience right after another. My experiences at this location the last 2-3 years has been rough, Probably 20 visits. Every time I’m waiting 15 mins minimum. Which wouldn’t be so bad if the product quality was there. From the food, ice cream, wait time, And customer service this location doesn’t have any of those attributes going for it. My wait time this trip was 30 mins. This will be my last visit unless I hear some vast improvement to this store. I’ll go across the street to McDonald’s if I have too.

Dairy Queen is great (especially this time of year)! We ordered a couple cones and a Blizzard. The food was delicious but the cones didn’t last long in the 90° weather. But that’s part of the reason why they give you napkins!
