First visit ever to this location. Went through the drive through line. Got our order taken almost immediately but had to wait a few minutes just for two Crunch cones. Employee was very nice and professional. Cone size was larger than most other locations we visit on a regular basis. Kind of dark behind the building but was a very good experience!

I stopped inside today and placed my order. I let the cashier know what coupon i wanted to use and then my partner ordered. Before i checked out he asked which coupon i wanted to scan and then argued with me about weather i had already told him or not. I remained calm and told him there is no need to argue. The cashier’s name was Neil according to the receipt. Usually I have a good experience at this location. My blue raspberry freeze has chocolate in it and my bun was dirty. Not impressed today…

The ice cream my husband and I had was great.
My daughter got the Cookie Monster dipped cone, and couldn’t eat the dipped cookie part. It tastes like kibbles N bits dog food .
That’s the only reason I gave a 3 star review. Not the employees fault at all. It’s what Dairy Queen has for a flavor.

Worst dairy queen I have ever been too. They take beyond forever to get just 2 blizzards. I will take my business elsewhere. We have been waiting almost 30 minutes for 2 blizzards. Just beyond ridiculous.

My custom cake was amazing I asked for a murder mystery themed cake for my friends bday party and told her to do whatever she thinks would look good and she did AMAZING!! Everyone was so happy with the way it turned out she killed it! Highly recommend this location!

My daughter and I had dinner here tonight and left feeling terrible. We witnessed a worker, maybe 16 years old, get berated by his boss for a solid 15 minutes over putting ketchup on someone’s burger when they later claimed they didn’t want it like that. It was so bad that an unrelated customer came up and told him that a simple mistake didn’t warrant humiliating the kid in front of everyone, but it persisted for like 10 more minutes, right in front of the entire place. It was so unprofessional and mean. This used to be my favorite DQ before the new owners took over, but I doubt I’ll ever be back. Two different customers remarked, “if that was my son, there’d be trouble right now..”

We’ve been going to this DQ for 5+ years. Custom ordered cakes many many times. Today was our first bad experience. Something seems to have changed. Our cake has never looked so wrong and so badly made. Looks like we won’t be going back to this location again.
