Place looked clean, the res head at counter was super nice but far as food goes. Waited 13mins to have my bag of food thrown together like a 5 year old did it. They were very confused on orders. Also order shrimp tacos and only got 3 shrimp with no sauce. Fries were definitely old and sitting in oil to long. Burger was definitely not how I remembered. The place looking good and the girl at the counter saved this from a 1 or 2 star. Management definitely needs to work it out.

Never got my order. Ordered at 1140, left At 1202. Waited very patiently, gave zero- negative attitude. Had to go back to work. Worst part about it all, is how stupid one feels waiting and waiting. If you complain then you are the “bad person ” Save your money, frustration, and time. Consider any place else. =/

Enjoyable fast food experience. A&W are hard to find, so stumbling across one is a surprising and unexpected experience. The minute I found an A&W Long John Silver’s I had to go. The food is decently enjoyable, with their shining stars being the cheese curds and Root Beer Floats. The employees are friendly and the interior is warm and amiable. The interior probably hasn’t been changed since it’s first debute in Morehead, but it makes the experience nostalgic and comforting. The whole restaurant has been engulfed in the 80’s dinner aesthetic. Definitly recommend for good fast food and nostalgic dinner vibes.

Ordered fish and shrimp platter. Their special of the day. Asked for fresh fries and was told it’ll take a couple minutes. I’m okay with that. After about 22 minutes later finally got my food and was told it took that long because I ordered fresh fries. Fries were burnt ‘hot’ . fish and shrimp was warm. Only thing hot was the coleslaw! It sat on the counter from the time I ordered until I got my food. Won’t be back!!!!

don’t waste your money here. the burger is so dry and flavorless, i didn’t even finish my meal. plus we waited over 20 minutes to order this garbage meal. wish i would’ve never wasted my money here. even the pop was flat!

Would definitely not recommend! Waited over half an hour to get our food which was not very good, french fries were barely warm and fish was soggy very disappointed after waiting for so long! Apparently there needs to be some management on sight looked like everyone working was young. Will not be returning to experience this again. They might have a 99 on the wall but I would give about a 25!!!!

These seem to be getting rarer and rarer, so we were excited to stumble upon this location! They’re easy enough to get to, though pulling back out into traffic can be somewhat difficult.
The staff was very kind. The food was served hot and quickly, and it was nice to see them double checking our order before handing it thru the drive thru window.

My husband said that his food was absolutely delicious….he ate from the A&W side….
I ate from Long John’s……
but *-to be honest the service was not good at all. Was told that I would have to wait only 5 minutes for crab cakes .. which I was cool with…no prob… But I was with friend’s….and we ended up after about 25 minutes getting the food.. ..bye the time we got home the food was so cold that I didn’t even eat mine…..and this has never happened before…never had a problem before…..and this is my favorite place…

Im going to update my past review due to the fact that my last visit at a&W last week was, “Not So Great”… My family usually order the 12 piece Family Meal, Chicken, & an extra large side of Coleslaw, Totally over $25!!!
The Chicken tasted & smelled as if it was fried with the Battered Fish, & the Fries were soggy & stale.
