I definitely like the restaurant. Service was good and we enjoyed the time we spent there. I ordered quesadillas and I was disappointed because it was with too much cheese and it was dark chicken meat which I don’t eat and I don’t like. It doesn’t say on the menu it’s dark meat and this is why I was disappointed!!!! After that I had pesto ravioli with salmon and the pasta was perfect, but the salmon overcooked.. Overall I had a good experience but they have to improve the food.

The menu is very limited . Customer service is excellent . Views are stunning. I ordered the steak, French onion soup and peanut butter pie. Soup was decent . Pie was good . The steak was ridiculously covered in large peppercorns . I attempted to remove most peppercorns before eating ; it was just way to much ! The amount of peppercorn completely masked the taste of the steak. The veggies & purple potatoes were great. I ordered take out from my room and everything was packaged appropriately with utensils included .

While we got luck with what appeared with a nice waiter it seemed that all of the waiters were overwhelmed there. The food was pretty good just had to wait a while for it as the place was very busy. The place itself is great with the nicest view and was expecting a bit more from the menu

This place exceeded my expectations amidst typical NY Upstate restaurants. Notable great food quality, delicious courses, whatever we tried in Great Room (two days in a row) while staying in Crown Plaza hotel. Service is excellent. Well, given COVID era there is noticeable staff shortage. And I want to thank restaurant staff for their true dedication and courtesy. One can clearly see how best they try to serve and how hard working they are. We had such a great time this Christmas because of places like this!
