Had great cheeseburgers here! Was an excellent quick stop on our La Jolla trip. The beef had a great flavor, and an excellent soft bun with good quality toppings. The fries were also good. Had a mocha shake that was pretty good as well. The burgers were the best though. The burger patty was a little small for the bun size though but not that big of a deal.

This restaurant was so yummy, and the service was fantastic. The owner came up to us a couple times and made sure everything was good and he was very friendly. I should have gotten a picture of the food but I ate it too quick. I highly suggest coming here. 🙂 I’m glad we just happened to find it. The decor is also so cute. I love all the pink.

The staff are pretty nice. They sell fries and onion rings, and only have packets of pepper available. When I asked for some salt for the fries and onion rings, they seemed super bewildered. They went to the cook and he poured some out of a giant container into a small dish for me. It is as if I had asked them for frankincense. They screwed up our order and gave me an extra order of onion rings, and they charge me for them, but it wasn’t the end of the world. We just ate them. The food was pretty good. It was not spectacular, but it was good. They only have small cups available, but you get free refills. The atmosphere is phenomenal.

I loved this little burger joint! The decor is perfect for the La Jolla scene! They have umbrellas over the outside seating. Inside there is only one table. Outside had more tables, but really not much. The food was fantastic!! The burger is the perfect classic American burger. They have a special sauce that is probably mayo based, so if you don’t like mayo I’d suggest skipping this sauce. The curly fries were delicious! Definitely worth grabbing a bite here!

Great little place and I recommend it for a tasty burger and hand cut fries. The onion rings were solid too. Great atmosphere, charming decor and close to the beach. Be prepared to wait for a seat as there isn’t a lot of seating (or better yet, enjoy the food down at the beach while gazing at the ocean).

One of my go-to spots! The manager Marina is so welcoming and helpful and funny and friendly, she makes it a joy to be there and have a happy time by the beach. Best onion rings in San Diego. The fries? Chef’s kiss. Curly fries are also standout. I love the veggie burger with jalapeños, and I grab one of the Tabasco sauce bottles and pour it on—SOOOOO GOOD. The cheeseburgers are also incredible.

I love finding little places like this! We were trying to find a place that was open the day after the tropical storm rolled through and not much was. It wasn’t too far from the beach. It was quick and easy to order and the burger, fries and shake were so good! The shake was better then I expected with chocolate syrup. It wasn’t overly sweet or overly too chocolatey, it was prefect! I can’t wait to go back to SD and find this place again.

I had a 1/4 hamburger and curly fries/regular fries with an ice tea. Everything was amazing! Burger was flavorful and juicy. The fries were THE BEST! Well seasoned and made fresh. Cashier was super friendly and loved the beach vibes. Will definitely be back!
