We like things spicy, so we turned up the heat on some of the best damn fried chicken and ribs in the country. You choose one of our 5 heat levels, from Not Hot to AMF, and we’ll do the rest. We also offer incredible sides to complement our hand-battered chicken tenders, our hot-chicken sandwich, and hand-smoked ribs, from traditional fries to our very own, house-made Mac n Cheese. Make sure you try one of our salads, as well. The Shack salad and the Kale Chicken salad are exceptional.

Very friendly and prompt service. Got some ribs and tenders upon recommendation of the staff who were very friendly and helpful. The ribs turned out to be tender, yet weirdly unflavorful, the tenders were good and the recommended “gravy” was strangely good (it was a cross between bbq sauce and gravy) and made for a good flavor combo with the chicken. The surprising thing was the side kale salad which was very well made and I really think they should push the salads more! Overall might visit again to try other items.

Sandwich was a little greasy, but it was good. Texas Hot alongside Dragon Fries will light you up! Service was great! I’ll eat there again for sure! But will try the grilled sandwich with a tick less heat next time.

1st time getting it delivered from The CookShack. Ordered a Chicken Sandwich with a TX HOT Spice level and with fries and coleslaw on the side. The food was really good and SPICY. The chicken tender in the sandwich was crunchy and well cooked . The fries were yummy. The coleslaw was good and wish there was a double portion of fries and coleslaw.

Let me just say from the entrance telling you how to get into the building to the food and staff everything was incredible! I’m hoping like every new business in this town this one stays true to what it gave today I’ll be sad if they go downhill! The waffles were perfectly fluffy with just a tad bit of crunch which I love! The Mac and cheese was oh so gooey and creamy and so so good and I’m extremely picky about my Mac and cheese but this one’s in my top 5 favorites. Chicken strips were phenomenal it’s nice paying for fresh food and not bagged and frozen being passed off as fresh. The margarita swirled with the sangria was the coldest one I’ve had in the BCS area and the girl behind the counter who took our order and made my drink just so darn sweet along with the gal who checked on our table and cleared it. I’ve definitely found a new spot but just for the sake of chicken and waffles don’t change nothing about this place id love to see it stay exactly like it is so I can return in the future and leave just as happy tipsy and full as I did today

Found this place while driving around and we were pleasantly surprised. Parking is easy, location was clean. Staff was very friendly. There are not many variety on the food pretty much tenders or sandwiches but they were great. Medium heat is actually hot. Fries were delicious and fresh. The strawberry margarita was one of the best I ever have. I will be back.

One of our family’s favorite quick casual restaurants for dinner. The ribs are AMAZING and consistently fall of the bone every time. The mac n cheese is delicious. The spice levels are very important in having a great experience. We typically either get no spice or mild. We love that we do not have to yell at each other over other noise in the restaurant.

Customer service is a 15/10, we were given a really thorough rundown of the menu when we got in. I got 3 piece tenders medium heat with Mac and cheese, and wow! So good. My favorite bite was dunking the chicken tender in the extra cheesy goo! Will definitely return here.

Food is pretty good. Service for the most part was good. Need to update there menus. I ordered the the sneezy chicken and on the menu it say pickles piled on top but when I got my food no pickles were there. I asked they did give me some. Also, I had asked for sweet potato fries but regular. But good food.

I love giving 5 stars to restaurants however I just can’t do it on this one and it has nothing to do with the food. The food was outstanding. I ordered the chicken and waffles and a side a cole slaw. The chicken tenders were very fresh and likely battered and fried when I ordered. I chose the mild hotness and that was enough to light me up. The slaw was perfectly sweet and the fries were crisp.Lasty, the waffles were simply perfect. Tasty and light and fluffy. My problem with this location was the confusion when entering. There’s no decals on the door and it’s confusing which door to enter through. When entering the restaurant, you’re greeted with hand sanitizer and a stainless steel bar to the right with no signs telling you what to do. There’s also a large counter in the back with the menu on the wall and that’s where I went. However, I must have skipped the line by the bar but they took my order anyway. Service was outstanding and food was outstanding. I highly recommend this place to eat. The best chicken tenders I’ve had in a long time.
