It was not very crowded, even on a Friday evening. But great for owners but great for diners. The food was excellent and they made some very generous exceptions to their menu items and written limitations to accommodate my vegetarian diet ( there was little else for vegetarians to eat but they allowed a veggie burger that they did have for a meal with a coupon that stated no substitutes… And the veggie burger was excellent!). Very polite, accommodating, and fast service.

The front host are the worst in customer service. Which is really weird, because they are at the front. Just because they are younger than the rest that does not mean they should be the front host. The management must train these people. When we arrived there was the young black woman who just pass by, then came near reception area, in front of us actually, like less than 3 feet, but did not say a word, did not even looked at us, I even asked my husband, “Can she see us? Are we invisible? The young white boy was there, and my husband has to ask him first, “excuse me, who will seat us? Why the management place them in the front. Please management train them first. Train your people good. A restaurant with excellent customer service can easily earn 5 stars, even if the food is really not excellent. The good thing is our waiter is really so helpful and so sweet. The only reason why I give 3 stars.

I Was there for birthday party the food was OK, those 2 little round humps was my mashed potatoes slightly warm. The salad was OK I asked for ranch I got 1000 island but it was OK. My grilled lobster was done just a tad too much but it was an OK. Too Much was going on with the bottomless wings, and sides. They only came in bone out and only some of the sides were bottomless. The waitress was cool she was attentive and professional.

Customer service was good. There’s was a nice young lady with face piercings who had great customer service but I didn’t like the appetizers or the fact they don’t provide a table kettle when you order hot tea. I didn’t stay long because I wasn’t a fan.

Maybe it’s just LA, but this location is definitely not up to par with other TGI locations, but it’s not to say it is bad either. I would definitely try to go during Happy Hour as you get the best value but be prepared for it to be a little noisy as you only get Happy Hour service there. Staff was very knowledable about the rewards program which definitely goes a long way. #tgif

The bartender Keyanna is the best to ever do it. She is legit the GOAT of this Friday’s. I’ve seen this woman basically hold down the entire bar by herself several times. My experiences are also great just because of her honestly. Will be back
