Another day, another dollar. This location is the worse with food quality and service. Foods normally cold and dry as my fries are now. Ordered a large fry and got half a box. Tried calling the store, both numbers on the receipt and got no answer. On top of not getting the orders correct the majority of the time, they also dont know how to pick up a phone and apply customer service to their mishap. Quit coming here for a long time because of this and will go to wendys moving forward. This location is terrible.

Went through the drive through and the guy was half ass listening half packing his bag to leave his shift. I asked for extra pickles on the number 9 and got no pickles. Asked for a bacon and cheese quarter pounder and got a regular quarter pounder and my grinch meal had no grinch salt. A lot of minor things but how do you mess up an order this bad. Horrible customer service and to top it all the fries were cold after a 3 minute drive back to my Airbnb. Would not recommend going here at all.

Ligia was working the dining room. She brought the food to table and was very personable and helpful. She shared her great smile. This McDonald’s has outstanding employees. The food was very good. And the choc chip cookies surprisingly were soft, gooey and yummy.

Three times I’ve ordered through DoorDash and there have been hairs in my fries and in my big Mac in between the lettuce and the patties. Three separate orders three different weeks. I don’t know if they’re not wearing hairnets or hats, but something needs to change.

No soap in the men’s bathroom. The soap dispenser broken probably for days and when asked the manager said just go to the stall it works there. This was during lunch time so there was a line to use the stall. Utter disorganization. A quick trip to the Walmart down the road to get soap dispenser wouldve solved this before opening the store but of course its too much to ask. Terrible management and service. There was wrapping in the sink and no trash bin inside the bathroom. Filth all over. I would not eat in this establishment.

Best mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. We came an hour before closing. My tea was fresh and not watered down. My fries were fresh and my sandwich was made just the way I ordered it. Very pleased. Our entire stay in clearwater the food has been terrible so I want expecting much but this was really good. Keep up the great work

The table were vary dirty had to clean my own table, was paying with cash and has to wait 10 mins for them to come up to the cash register. Other than that was fine food came fast employees were nice.

I get v breakfast from this mc Donald’s about once a month. It’s conveniently located along the way to the beach and honeymoon island.
Every time, with out fail, they add cream to my coffee, despite my requesting only sugar. Every time.
The help is defensive and supervisor rude. They insist I ordered it that way, or the computer showed it with cream. Despite the fact that my cup has a sticker on it with the correct order.
They never apologize.
The food is not good either. The staff really don’t care about what they’re doing. I’m going to go out of my way to a different McDonald’s from now on.

Walked in greeted by loud hisoan8c music not an issue but strange. The entire time eating waiting felt like I was at a Mexican restaurant not Mc Donald’s. I get it staff all Hispanic but vibe from music made is strange maybe a new thing but left half way thru loud Hispanic music in the Mc Donald’s was just strange. I can see taco bell or other Mexican restaurants but Mc Donald’s? Everything up yo par and fast good just strange vibe .
