Lydia was an amazing server tonight. Although we waited longer than 30 minutes for our food while the kitchen was preparing it, she made sure we were well taken care of. She consistently checked on us, kept our drinks refilled, and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. Lydia maintained a positive attitude and continued to check on us every few minutes. We truly appreciated her patience and excellent customer service. She’s great!

Miss. Kathleen, was my server the other day and she was absolutely wonderful and very kind, she helped me with my order to help me save money and get the most affordable and filling meal for my money she made sure I was aware of the senior citizens discount. She assisted me with my French toast she made sure I had plenty of powdered sugar and my eggs were absolutely perfect and delicious. My sausage links were yummy and not burnt . I’m very picky and she was so sweet to make sure I had plenty of butter and sugar for my grits. I know I ran that sweet young lady to death and she was still pleasant. She is probably one of the best waitresses I have had in a long time. It’s so hard to get a good waitress in Millington, Covington and Memphis. I was really impressed with the clean restaurant and the bathrooms were well stocked and clean. I give everyone at your place .

Our experience has been great. The last two times I have came. The food was a 10 out of 10 it was fast, hot, and taste great. It came to the table within seven minutes of us ordering. We’ve had the same waitress the last two times her name was Sheyenne, She goes above and beyond to make sure that you’re comfortable and have everything you need. Our family will be requesting her anytime we dine in. Will be honest over the recent years we haven’t came to IHOP because the service and food wasn’t that great, you would be waiting over an hour Just to get the food to the table. Decided to give it a second chance last week and that just wasn’t the case. Was told the building is under new management and they are doing their due diligence and into feeling the staff with quality workers. As of now would recommend to anyone to enjoy. They also have a meal deal where the meals are six dollars each on the valued deals every day of the week, And our total with two drinks, was less than $20. In mind you we are stuffed!
