Our server Marina at IHOP provided excellent service from start to finish. They were courteous, efficient, and very attentive to our needs. Food and drinks were brought out in a timely manner, and they made sure everything was correct and satisfactory. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made our dining experience pleasant, and I would gladly return knowing we’d receive the same level of service.

Came here at 5:50pm Monday. Waitress brunette colored hair inattentive. Awaited awhile to be seated as she talked away to one couple in the restaurant. Then finally I was seated and she asked which drink I wanted. Then she carries the drink in her hand and proceeds to go back to the couple again talking for more than 5 minutes over the drink she has for me in her hand. I waited as there is only the couple and I as customers. She still stood there talking away to the couple and I just decided to get up and leave with my drink still in her hand.

Marina was an excellent server. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out exactly right. Our drinks were always refilled, the food arrived hot, and she checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. Her positive attitude made the whole meal more enjoyable. Patrice was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and checked in at just the right times without being overbearing. Our drinks were never empty and everything came out exactly how we asked. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly enjoys taking care of customers. If you’re dining here, ask for Patrice — she made our visit top-tier and we’ll definitely be back because of her!

Marina was the best server, the only server staffed overnight! She was killing it helping everyone all at once while every 10 minutes more people walked in. She never took long for refills or taking our order. The best service we’ve ever received. I will be coming back and hope I get her. You should hope you her too.
