Breakfast buffet was absolutely disappointing. I was surprised the food was cold with the exception of the biscuit gravy. When fresh food was brought out, the server just added the food-stuff to the existing trays with the older, cold food which is a no, no. Skipped the boxed donuts. Had I read some of the earlier dissatisfied customer reviews, I would have skipped visiting this establishment. They can step up their game by keeping the food hot and not adding fresh food to existing buffet trays thus mixing older food not kept at proper heated temperature with freshly cooked food.

We have been wanting to try this place because my sister lives in the area. Unfortunately, we will Never be back & will Not recommend this place to anybody. Mostly because of the poor service & there was No excuse for this because there were only 4 people in the whole restaurant and my sister & I were the 2 out of the 4 who were there & forgotten. We decided to finally try the place because my sister had a coupon. The coupon was a good value for what she got- a piece of beer battered fish & shrimp. The shrimp was good but the fish breading was too heavy & greasy. My grilled chicken salad was just ok, nothing special but the menu had a lot of choices that looked good. The server dropped off my ice tea & my sister asked for a coke in which she didn’t get until after asking for it twice. Then I had to call her to ask her for a refill on my tea as she stood & chatted away with the only other couple in the restaurant that she seemed to know. She didn’t come back to ask if we needed anything & when we were done we asked for a carry out box & sat & waited again for the box as the server again chatted with the couple- I finally spoke up loudly & said ” could we have a box please?” Then the man who was there with his wife said to the server who was talking to them- she needs a box.” We gave the server a 20% Tip but she deserved nothing. This was on 2/28/26 Disappointed because we were hoping that it would be somewhere in the area that we could stop by for lunch regularly.

Really disappointed with our first time eating here.
The menu and “famous chicken tenders” are what made us give this place a try. (I have seen advertised over the past year that the tenders here were the best all around and they were terrible).
We decided to go for lunch, and get the all you can eat menu. That was a mistake.
They didn’t have any mashed potatos or baked potatos and we were there for hours. They said they weren’t ready. They only had one waitress on a Sunday and the whole building was full. They ended up calling one more person in so the poor girl could keep up.

The food was terrible, and either burnt and overcooked, or undercooked and raw. We didn’t enjoy anything from the menu except the fries and onion rings and we ordered over a dozen different items. I think most of the food was bought at the grocery store frozen. This might be the biggest disappointment I have had so far when eating out.

When we walked in to this restaurant last night we were seated promptly. We asked about specials and hostess told our waitress. The waitress glared at us and continued to avoid eye contact with us. We had no idea what she was upset about. Finally came over and said did you want to order. I placed my order and my husband placed his order and asked for an extra piece of fish. Waitress told him he was getting enough food and if he felt like he needed more she would get him an extra piece after he got his meal. She was not the least bit friendly and after waiting 35 minutes and never getting our food or any communication with waitress we got up and left. What started out to be a nice evening turned out bad so we went down the street. Will not be returning. Bad experience.

We were there for the brunch. It was Ok but honestly it would be better with a few more offerings such as Waffles and French toast and maybe some Danishes. Also there was no butter for the pancakes and they only offered chocolate chip pancakes. My wife liked them but I prefer plain pancakes. Coffee was good, as was the juice.

We drove 25mins from Canton to try brunch on Saturday after seeing the special on facebook, we still had about 45mins until 12pm. When we walked in, we were told by customers that were leaving to seat ourselves as there was not a server at the front. We sat down and waited for about 10mins. Another family walked in, the server came out walked passed us and acknowledged them and told them to sit wherever they like. She then proceeded to get their drinks orders, still did not acknowledge us. There was no acknowledgement to us or anything the whole time we were there at the establishment. We did not know how everything works as it was our first time there. We walked out. We will not be returning. There were only 2 tables of guest in the front. Not sure what the issue was.

First and foremost the owner and staff go above and beyond most establishments you will come across to make your visit welcome memorable and delicious. First on the course was the nacho plater it is massive definitely enough to feed 6people with a lot per person. Next was the mega salad with chicken it was all super fresh and delicious with nice crisp salad. We then went onto the mammoth pulled pork sandwich a while serving is huge definitely need a fork and knife for this ginormous creation. We then tried the smash burger it is large and In charge with lots of flavor and tenderness it’s unlike most burgers you get at other places it is ground fresh and done with premium steaks you can definitely tell the care that goes into the food. Rounding out the night tho was the cherry cobbler with vanilla ice cream finish your night with this it’s a must
Have or start your night with it as everyone knows dessert is the most important part. This place and it’s sister companies always go the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied and taken care of I promise you will enjoy your time here

just left Cast Iron Grille in Canal Fulton. How is a person supposed to eat that mess of a burger? I took ONE BITE and the burger came apart in chunks falling into my plate! The ONE BITE i took was delicious I will grant you that but, but no burger patty should fall apart when a person bites into it! You’re packing the meat very loosely so the burger seems big but it creates a burger with weak structure. Then to add insult to injury, I ate 2 fries, took one bite of my burger before it started falling apart and you still charged me half the price of the meal, so you ripped me 2 ways 1) served a burger that was inedible 2) still charged me for half the meal. Terrible experience!

Went for the all you can eat… WOW!! Crab legs, fried butterfly shrimp, pulled pork sandwiches, lobster bisque, ground steak lasagna. EVERYTHING was delicious, and endless.
I highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be back. The food was great, the service was excellent!

First time here. Food was great. Filled up quick with customers. We got wings they came out hot and fresh got to pick 4 flavor dipping sauces. Order meat loaf and mashed potatoes. And the open faced roast beef and mashed potatoes. Very hot and fresh came in skillets. Servers very nice and friendly.bit did take alittle bit for food due to being made fresh.
