Never order a to-go salad. They literally give you half the portion you would get if you went into the restaurant. I called 4 times and no one ever answered the phone. They didn’t even give me the extra ranch I requested or plasticware…sucks when your trying to have a surprise date night picnic. $30 on salads for one full salad basically.

This is my new favorite place completely won me over for sure. My server Omar was amazing and tentive. The food was fresh and my appitizer and drink only took 5 minutes to come out. And every staff member was so pleasant and welcoming.

My first time at a Texas Roadhouse. Mehhh…. I was excited after traveling from Canada on a road trip to finally stop and eat. We all grabbed the filet mignon and we all had different results. Not our first time eating steak and this was poor quality. Im not sure if it was the fact that we got there later in the night but it was if minimal effort went into our meals. After listening to someone in our car for hours rant and rave at how good this place was… we were all left disappointed and let down. As a Canadian I found the whole concept of the peanuts very cool and old fashion so that was nice to see but it did not make up for the steaks. Interesting place, I will definitely try the franchise again just not this location.

Took my Mom here for the first time. She had ribs, the house salad, and loaded mashed potatoes. I had the 16oz prime rib, Cesar salad, and loaded mashed potatoes. The salad was light on volume but delicious. The ribs were fall off the bone as advertised. The prime rib was cooked to perfection, and melted like butter in my mouth. Our server Susahna was excellent, consistently checking on us even though the restaurant was full. A pleasant experience.

Always nice place for a steak. Called in for a spot on wait list and gave a time but ended up waiting 45 minutes still for our table for 5 so it’s like not calling in at all. Got a bag of peanuts though.

I came in for my mom’s birthday and we ended up finding a huge fly in our food and then once we finally contacted a supervisor, they gave us so much attitude because we found a fly. They brought us back our bill full price and did not even consider taking anything off. Once we mentioned to Kayla the senior supervisor that we were shocked that she only offered us $5 off she said “bugs come in produce it’s a natural thing I’ve dealt with it before and I never got up and left.” This was the worst experience I have ever had to experience at a restaurant and I will never ever come back. The table that was sitting behind us were having a problem with their food being fresh and then when our food came we had the same problem and we both told Kayla and she blew us off with so much attitude. This is the absolute worst customer service I ever experienced and I’m just so dissatisfied.

Went to eat out for my moms birthday and she found a huge death fly in her Cesar salad. I asked to speak to the manager and she came to us she was so rude and disrespectful I couldn’t believe it, her name was Kayla and she was the senior supervisor when I told her about the fly her response was “bugs come in produce it’s a natural thing I’ve dealt with it before and I never got up and left.” She only offered a $5 discount and she left this was our first time eating Texas Roadhouse and I will NEVER come back here ever again!!!
