I never leave bad reviews but this morning on 6/25/2023 service sucked. Starting with the young lady taking the order and also I guess he a so called lead. They need more training on customer service and taking care of the customer needs. I visit this same establishment Monday through Friday and the staff is more friendly

So this place is kind of in a sketchy area. As we were waiting on our food, there was a homeless person asking for money. We waited in line for 30 min to get our food then were told to pull around so they can bring it out to us. Well, the parking lot is tiny and there was no direction on where to park so we made our best guess. The man who brought our food out was nice so I want that to be known. But the food was greasy, the tea was stale, and all 3 salads that we got was mostly rotted lettuce. We also never received our fourth drink so that was a waste of money. Overall this was not our best experience.

My grilled chicken wrap had huge chunks of lettuce in it instead of chicken. I had about 5 small chunks of chicken in the wrap. On top of that, when I entered the restaurant that evening after work, no one greeted me & the male manager with the small twists in his hair just gave me the ugliest look. Then I was charged for a large meal when I did not c ask for one. I’ll just stick to the drive through, and check your food people.

Worst service ever!! After waiting in line for 30 minutes, which whatever it’s a drive thru at 9pm on a Tuesday. I place my order: a double baconater meal NO CHEESE, NO MAYO with a 6 piece nugget. They made my burger wrong and asked me to pull up. I sat there for 10 minutes before I had to scream at the window to get someone’s attention and ask about my burger. They had FORGOT ABOUT ME! The door to the lobby was locked and I paid with a card (for which I did NOT get a receipt) or else I would’ve gone inside and asked for a refund. I waited for another 5 minutes for them to make my food and the burger was STILL wrong. Never again.
