Kylie was easily the best service professional I have had in YEARS. Not only was she incredibly attentive but she also cared about my food allergies and went above and beyond to ensure that I would be able to have sauces that were compatible with my needs. On top of that the food was phenomenal and the price was very fair for the portion size. All in all this was a 10/10 experience.

I’ve frequented this location many times. The takeout window is never a good experience. I just got home with my order and I should have pulled out the containers before I left. I ordered a kids chicken tenders meal and this is what I received. About 8 little dry nugget bits and pieces. I took the photo before I touched the food. Hoping they make this right. I waited 20 minutes past my order time for this.

I hadn’t had Texas Roadhouse in years, but randomly had a hankering for their wonderful rolls. I convinced a friend who’d had a previously terrible experience here to try it again. Everyone was very friendly, but our server Cal was positively wonderful. As someone who formerly worked in food service, I know good service and Cal surpassed every expectation I had. It was a super busy Thursday, but Cal handled it like a pro. Our food was served quickly and efficiently with everything coming out at the perfect time. Cal made sure our temps on our steaks were perfect and that our every need was met. The food was seasoned well and very tasty. Our only complaint was that the bathroom needed attention and didn’t get that attention during our visit. But that is an easy fix. Between Cal and the two other people who I believe were management who stopped by to check on us, we felt very well cared for and will be back.

Okay so we never eat here anymore. Yesterday was my husband’s birthday. He requested a nice relaxing day at home with to go from Texas Roadhouse. Okay, simple right? HA!! NOT!! We ordered at 7:00pm for pickup at 8:15pm. Ok more than an hour. Guess what time we got our food? 8:50pm. Only because my husband went inside to the to go area and after the girls working being over the top rude and bitchy and NOT helpful. He saw our bag sitting on the table with about 20 others and walked up and grabbed it himself. Everything was cold. I didn’t even eat my shrimp because the first piece was so cold and just gross. They gave us rolls but no butter. It’s TEXAS ROADHOUSE, the butter is the whole point. Let’s talk about go none of the girls working even would look at my husband to offer help when he walked in. Instead he got nasty looks and had to come back in twice. They also didn’t put the bacon that we ordered and paid extra for in the salad or baked potato. But did I mention no butter for the rolls? It was THE WORST TO GO EXPERIENCE either one of us has ever had. THEE WORST!! We will never go back there for fine in or carry out. They should be ashamed. I would be so embarrassed to be their manager. That’s what we’re allowing these days for customer service? DO BETTER!!!!

One of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time.
The Dallas Fillet was actually cooked to a perfect Medium Rare with a warm pink center. No steak sauce needed. The Chilly was super hearth and savory. The Loaded Mashed Potatoes were great. The Mushrooms and Onions were just how I’d make them at home.
Service was fast and friendly, they hooked us up with tones of peanuts and hot sauce.
The place was clean, bright, had music playing softly.
Color me impressed.

We did the wait list on line like asked, we got there and they said we had 39 minutes still left before seating. We sat on the bench right in front of the check in booth. They were calling out names looking for people. We were never called. The couple next to us didn’t use the on line check in and were told a 1 1/2 hour wait. He went to the counter after 10 minutes and they were seated right in our faces. I went to the counter myself and the female behind the counter told me that they were looking for us. A darm LIE. We were finally seated. Treated like outcasts. Worst BIRTHDAY DINNER EVER. My steak was 1/2 Fat. My Husbands food made him throw up as soon as we got home. They did the Happy Birthday Celebration at the table right behind ours and walked right passed US. I wanted to go there soooooo bad. I’ll NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!

I absolutely love this steak house. I think their food is amazing and reasonably priced compared to other steakhouses in the area. They are always busy, no matter what time of the day. The staff is always nice and very helpful. I enjoy their Dallas Filet. Very western like style of decor. It’s fun, good food, good service.

my boyfriend and I went here for dinner but he got sick before our food arrived. Kylie who was our server, was very generous and kind and gave us no trouble as our food was already plated; to grab boxes for us to go. she was a true doll and spoke so sweetly ❤️

Our server Amanda, was so sweet and kind. She was so fast. I have never been here before and she helped me find my perfect meal. She was an amazing server I was sat fast greeted kindly and food came relatively fast the place was clean and Amanda was all around amazing. Our food was fast and correct and she was great.
