My fiancé and I came there last night to order 3 milk teas and a spicy popcorn chicken. I’ve came here multiple times (20+). After coming here the second time recently, I’ve noticed that the flavor of milk teas have been less flavorful. However, the popcorn chicken is still wonderful. It always comes out fresh. But the restaurant doesn’t tell you the truth that it’s an extra $1-$2 for the spicy version.

Food was decent service is very questionable. You will never get a refill on your water. The store closes at 11pm but if you stay past 10:30 pm everyone and their mom will stare at you including the owner. Like can people finish their meal comfortably without being rushed? It’s not our fault you set your closing time at 11pm. Y’all can go kick rock while I finish my meal.

Pretty sure I ordered beef brisket noodle. Somehow it has 90% percent unchewable tendon. Oh, they gave me a cube of petty beef. Great job! Hope you stay struggling in business 🙂

Good for when you don’t want to go through all the prep for hot pot and they have a big ingredients selection for making your dipping sauce. For children, they charge by HEIGHT, not by age, which is very weird and I’ve never experienced that before. Also, soup base is an extra cost on top of the All-You-Can-Eat price, so all of this is off-putting. Not sure I would return here.

Perfectly fair pricing for hot pot buffet, but fairly limited menu as well as misleading photos on their website. When my wife and I went for dinner, we were ignored by waitstaff the entire night, didn’t have our water refilled, our broth had boiled away almost entirely by the time they added more to the pot, we had to flag down staff to put in the order for another round, and when we wanted to pay, they didn’t come back for the check. The DID, however, follow me outside the store for not tipping enough to get me to write something in, despite the service really not warranting a tip in the first place. The epitome of a three star experience- food is *fine* but the experience itself is subpar.

The food was terrible and extremely overpriced. The seal was broken on my bubble tea and they taped over it- still got everywhere. I took a picture of the $5.99 crème brûlée next to a quarter scale. The chicken teriyaki had no teriyaki sauce.

This place is outstanding!!! I love mala pot sooo much. But every time when i order need to confirm with staff if you want more spicy. Otherwise it’s just normal. When you order extra spicy is completely tasty and it’s so good. Omg i love love it. Owner she very nice. I love everything here. Bobble tea is good. But didn’t try the hotpot yet. I should try soon
