I had the pleasure of visiting the Beach Club Bar & Grill at Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood during a recent business trip, and it turned out to be the perfect oasis for a quick recharge before a crucial meeting.

Usually the service is excellent by pool. As this is a luxury resort. The servers are quick and friendly and also check on you for additional items.
However on the 3rd day, it took an hour to get a host after brining it to attention to staff and then I had to speak to the supervisor on duty.
I was finally able to get a server. She seemed
very rude and never checked on us for additional items. (I hope it was not a racial discrimination)
Despite of my not so good experience with the server, the food was delicious. I Highly recommend ordering by pool.

A great spot to enjoy lunch or happy hour after spending a day at the extensive pool and lagoon area of this property. The Mahi Mahi sandwich was surprisingly good and included a fresh 8 oz filet. The sauce was tangy and light. Ask for a rail table to be located closest to pool and waterfalls.

Safety / hygiene issue- I had a *very* poor and uncomfortable experience here today:
– Sat down at Beach Club Bar & Grill around noon, ordered Angus burger/fries on patio (near the pool). Immediately, a very large squirrel and 4 birds came up to me. The squirrel 100% was ready to pounce on me to eat (only 1 foot away). Neither squirrels nor birds would go away — despite repeated attempts every few seconds (getting out of my seat and shoo away).
– 2 staff members (and other diners) commented on it. I was told from staff that the wildlife can be aggressive.
– Ended up moving myself to another table. All wildlife still followed me.
– I quickly paid and scrambled out. My meal ended by me standing up, stuffing french fries in my mouth quickly to leave. Not the experience I wanted to pay $35 for.
– The second I left the table, squirrel and birds swarmed + took over my table (including climbing on all the condiments, e.g. ketchup dispensers — gross).
Turned into a very stressful incident since squirrels can bite / have other diseases.
I get “wildlife” is wildlife but it seems like a regular issue and IMO proper mitigation steps are not implemented. (animal deterrents, screens, food protection measures etc).
For the record, waitress was friendly + burger was fine. But experience was very stressful and uncomfortable. Warning folks so this experience doesn’t happen to others.

We checked in the hotel and the first though is always going to the pool it was really crowded so we decided to go to the beach bar. we sat at the bar our bartender Yoslen was friendly but a little clueless about the property that he works at as we ask him questions about other bars and happy hours and he said they didn’t have any which it wasn’t true the casino does have a happy hour from 10 in the morning to 2:00 p.m. and there is a bar play in the mall property that has a happy hour, too. I don’t expect them to know everything, but at least be a little bit more knowledgeable of the property they work at. We ordered watermelon margaritas, the Snapper taco, and the steak sandwich definitely recommend the food. service is below average they do get at 18% automatic gratuity added to all checks so It felt like they don’t want to exceed and go above and beyond for anybody when they know they get auto Grat servers where at the station talking and when we ask one of them to take our order at the pool he said he will come back and never did we had to go to the bar to purchase our drinks and notice the servers just standing on the side nevertheless we enjoy the pool and the food not the service.

Food is terribly overpriced and nothing to write home about. I’ve had both the mahi mahi sandwich and the Caesar salad on separate occasions and wouldn’t care to order either dish again. Service is also seriously lacking but gratuity is included. You’d be better off eating off property before spending the day at the pool.

The chicken sandwich was great, actually was the best meal I had in my three day stay. The buffalo wings were bad. The ranch made the wings bearable. The honey mustard is great too. The bartender who made our drinks misheard me when I ordered and gave me chicken tenders which was fine but when I wanted to correct the order he kept trying to make sure I knew it was my fault which was uncalled for. I gave him an additional $5 tip to show him there’s no animosity because I didn’t want him to carry that energy while making my drinks. The gin drink with the cucumbers was gross. The pina colada was weak. The margarita was okay I’m not a fan of their mix. Drinks are overpriced $20 after mandatory 18% tip which would be okay if they did anything I bought three drinks in an hour with no effect.
