We checked in the hotel and the first though is always going to the pool it was really crowded so we decided to go to the beach bar. we sat at the bar our bartender Yoslen was friendly but a little clueless about the property that he works at as we ask him questions about other bars and happy hours and he said they didn’t have any which it wasn’t true the casino does have a happy hour from 10 in the morning to 2:00 p.m. and there is a bar play in the mall property that has a happy hour, too. I don’t expect them to know everything, but at least be a little bit more knowledgeable of the property they work at. We ordered watermelon margaritas, the Snapper taco, and the steak sandwich definitely recommend the food. service is below average they do get at 18% automatic gratuity added to all checks so It felt like they don’t want to exceed and go above and beyond for anybody when they know they get auto Grat servers where at the station talking and when we ask one of them to take our order at the pool he said he will come back and never did we had to go to the bar to purchase our drinks and notice the servers just standing on the side nevertheless we enjoy the pool and the food not the service.

I worked there for ten months with a revolving management. It was frustrating trying to be heard and I ended up walking out my shift after being played with on promotions for at least a month. They started giving one of our coworkers off due to what it feels like favoritism or just unexplainable reasoning after I put in a request for the same logistics. I ended up walking out on my shift becuase I just felt like I put in so much effort for all of my coworkers and got nothing in return. I regret leaving the job because of the possible money to be made but I guess nothing is worth losing your dignity.

Food is terribly overpriced and nothing to write home about. I’ve had both the mahi mahi sandwich and the Caesar salad on separate occasions and wouldn’t care to order either dish again. Service is also seriously lacking but gratuity is included. You’d be better off eating off property before spending the day at the pool.
