The food was so greasy I couldn’t eat it. Horrible , and it took a long time as well . Literally the paper around the muchaco my husband had was drenched in grease and the pita bread was hard , my burrito had so much grease the flour tortilla was orange .

Josh, Bobby and Rene were fantastic. Went above and beyond to customize our order. They are exceptional employees and any establishment would be lucky to have them!

Food was OK. Employee at the cash register didn’t know what Bueno Size meant. I had to point it out on the menu and then he still got it wrong. The place is filthy too. You need to pull this franchise.

I ordered their new chicken nacho salad. I only had like 4 little pieces of chicken. The chips tasted like they were sitting all day. Good lord, don’t ask for a side of sour cream. It’s 89 cents, and it’s like a quarter size amount. Just poor drive thru service. It’s been a long time since I went to Bueno… I was just reminded why.

One of the better Taco Buenos I have been to. However, I ordered the limited time chicken taquitos. They are supposed to come with a choice of dipping sauce. I was not asked if I wanted a sauce or which one I wanted. The drive through was very rushed. Was not asked if I wanted any salsa and bag was just held out. It seemed very impersonal.

I love Bueno, really do… every two shell was broken when we got home and excessively greasy… I’ll be back, but was a lackluster dining experience. The lady at the drive though was very nice and I mentioned to my wife that’s the customer service I hope for when I go out.

20 minutes in the drive through. I got trapped while the staff had some sort of meltdown. I was asked what my order was twice, told repeatedly to wait after I paid, and watched through the window and folks ran around getting nothing done. I rarely complain, but this was especially bad. By the time I got my food, it turned out wrong, but who’s going to try to correct it with that sort of delay.

My wife really enjoyed her food. I also did but she still talks about how much she liked it. Next time we’re in Texas I know where she will want to eat.

Walked in and 2 ladies are waiting for their food. My husband and I order, then we’re told they are out of taco shells. You can see them in the tub by the chips. Fine, we will take soft tacos. Watching my husband’s nachos get made and she is scooping the sour cream out of a cut bottle with a spoon. There was more sour cream than queso. He went to the register and asked for some salsa. The cashier told him it was on the salsa bar. He informed her that it was empty, she handed him a half-pint of salsa, then went to the back. When we left there was still no salsa and no cups for the nonexistent salsa. Rudest location I’ve ever been to. Corporate desperately needs a secret shopper.
