1. Saw the promotion. Talked in detail about how to order with the cashier. By the time we ordered, he said there was no promotion. 2. The cashier was hard to understand, and the service was very slow. One poof staff ran the whole store. We waited 40 mins but there were just 3 orders before us. 3. “100% fresh” advisement but the chicken is frozen. Chicken sandwich has chicken and one slice of pickle. Nothing else. Nothing fresh. 4. Messed up the order. Gave us fried when we asked for Mac n cheese

The chicken cone was pretty good. Such a fun idea. There’s something to be said for a fluffy waffle that you don’t get from the cone though. The different sauces were all pretty good and the quality of the food seemed pretty good. Would go back.

September 2021 Review: I ate inside this time and got the chick’n cone combo with curly fries. The chicken and cone were much better this time around. Curly fries were pretty good too. The place was very clean and not crowded at all, but I was a bit surprised that the place looks the same as when I went 3 months ago (unfinished ceiling, visible cleaning materials behind the counter), but that doesn’t really matter. Anyway, I’m glad I gave them another shot.

Discovered this gem lately and all I can say is WOW ! This place is amazing. The staff is super nice , the restaurant was very clean and most importantly the food was delicious . The waffle cone was hot and fresh and the chicken was hot and crunchy . I tried all the sauces and they were amazing . I would highly recommend the kick n ranch sauce. Overall i would give this restaurant 10/10 . Support local and visit this hidden gem in Pacifica.

Tasty food overall. I got two of them to go, one cinna-maple with the caj’n corn and the second with BBQ with caj’n fries. Waffles were freshly made. Friendly women at front. They were constantly cleaning. Minus 1 star for logistics that are likely to be improved as they are open longer: no line wait, but it took 20 min from ordering to order ready, seemed to be the average wait time. Cashier had mentioned a 10 min wait to most customers. Needs more description on sauces (3 other people asked what the yell bbq is, or that the Buffalo blue does not have blue cheese) and pictures of side options. Could have mentioned that they were providing the drink right away, and food later. Everyone is greeted with a normal volume welcome of “Welcome to Chick’nCone!” as soon as you walk in, then someone in the back follows up with a yelled repeat of this, much louder. The open doorway behind cashier to the kitchen area is very busy, and one guy had out a large fry rack talking about a handle being loose or something while other people were passing through doorway constantly. The person announcing orders doesn’t say much, I think they were tired. So the food is tasty and fresh, I would go back at an off peak time.

Everything served here was microwaved chicken tenders. The chicken cone is cut up chicken tenders. The “chicken sandwich” is three chicken tenders on a bun with no sauce. The chicken tenders are store bought and frozen too. We could hear them being microwaved… Overpriced garbage…
