This was my second visit to Bacchanal Buffet, but my first time actually reviewing it — and I’ll say this: first-timers will probably love it more than I did this round.

The first time I came, it absolutely blew me away. This visit? Still very good… just not quite the same wow factor.

The variety is still impressive — seafood station, carving station, international dishes, and a massive dessert section. Presentation is great and the atmosphere feels upscale compared to most buffets. The crab legs and prime rib were solid, and the desserts are definitely a highlight.

That said, a few items weren’t as fresh or as hot as I remembered from my first visit. Nothing bad by any means — just not “Vegas legendary” level this time.

If you’ve never been, I’d absolutely recommend trying it at least once. It’s still one of the better buffet experiences in Las Vegas. Just know that it may not always hit that over-the-top first-time magic.

Would I go back? Probably — but maybe not every trip.

I’m not a big fan of buffet, so last time I stepped in Bacchanal was late 2019.
Got business outing here with the whole department this time, and it totally was a blast. We had our own private room with 4 banquet tables. And the seafood section definitely got our attention. There are stone crabs, king crabs, lobster claws, and other various shell seafood, all are delicious, juicy, flavorful, and not too salty.
I didn’t try any meat, but according to my coworkers, the prime ribs roast and briskets at the meat section are great. The short ribs at Asian section is very tasty, too.
They have Mexican, Italian, Asian (Thai, Chinese, Japanese, dim sum, and Vietnamese) section.
The ube horchata and coconut Horchata are very sweet, but so good. The watermelon mint next to them is fresh and delicious.
The must have are the crepe and ice cream. Love their crepe, better than the crepe restaurants and you don’t want to miss their rum raisin ice cream!
Heard that their pizza was good.
Seriously there’s no way you can try even just half of the variety of food here!! But the dining environment is nice and upscale. Coming to treat your eyes is fun, too.
Price for lunch $59.99, dinner $89.99, and holidays or weekends $109.99.
Best (slowest) time to visit will be Wednesday if you don’t want to waste time in line.

Bacchanal Buffet offers an impressive amount of variety and the setup is exactly what you’d expect from a big Vegas buffet. That said, the seafood was underwhelming. Several items were chewy and felt a bit subpar, which was surprising given the price point. When you’re paying $$$, you expect the seafood quality to match the reputation. Interestingly, the desserts ended up being the highlight of the meal. I don’t even have a big sweet tooth, but the dessert selection was excellent and easily the best part of the experience.

This is an experience I feel like you have to do. I think that this is cool, the food is good. Realistically all other places in Vegas have a very similar cost around $50 for a nice meal. So at that point you’re spending a little bit extra to have a variety of food. I do think that over a lot of their International dishes were really good. The scallop was absolutely amazing. Lamb and crab legs were dry.

Definitely nice to try new things.

Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace offers a nice experience. The atmosphere is upscale and lively, and the service was very good. Staff were attentive and kept everything running smoothly. There’s an impressive variety of food and cuisines to choose from, which is definitely a highlight.

That said, while many dishes were well prepared, a few of the cuisine sections could use a bit more attention in terms of flavor and consistency. Some items didn’t quite match the high expectations that come with a buffet of this level.

Overall, it’s still a solid dining experience in Las Vegas with a great setting and good service. With a little more refinement in certain areas, it could easily be a five-star experience.

This is one of the best buffets in Vegas. The buffet was filled head to toe with food from different cuisines and places. The quality of the food was all great and there was something there for everyone getting in did take some time but we went for lunch so it wasn’t that bad

It took a while to be seated, and once we were it took forever to get our drinks. Service with plates and stuff is pretty slow. The food has a good variety, definitely the best buffet food you can have, although im not sure if its worth the price tag. The guy who was making the birria tacos was super nice. Pizza is pretty good, and the straticella tomato salad was divine. If you want a Vegas buffet experience, come here, but I wouldn’t come here more than once.

Had been meaning to visit this place for a while. This is an actually good buffet. You are paying for the variety here. I like majority of what I had. However, I live in Maryland so I was not a big fan of what they called crab dip. Needed a little more Old Bay. But that is me. Also, most of the seafood was overcooked. What I really enjoyed was the dessert. If you like desserts, this is the place. The Gelato was amazing. Really enjoyed the mandarin dessert and the Snickers bites. Service was great and fast. Seating was fast. Also, liked their Mexican section, their pizza, their salads and their sushi. Also, they had juices like the Ube that were so delicious. Gave food 4/5 because of the seafood only. If in Vegas, I recommend at least once if you like variety. Is a little pricey but the food quality is very good.

The two of us paid around 200, and even though we had made a reservation in advance, we had to wait for about an hour before we could get in. We finally got in at 8 PM, and although we were supposed to have 90 minutes to eat, they didn’t tell us to leave even though it was almost closing time. This was a seafood buffet, so there was a lot of seafood, and I especially enjoyed being able to eat a lot of king crab. There were many other dishes as well, but the food other than the seafood wasn’t particularly tasty.

The food is pretty good and the variety is unmatched. I think the quality is definitely above average a typical buffet.

Try and make reservations if able, especially on the weekends. The line can be insane and even with reservations you will wait a little bit. The service was mostly fine. It’s very busy so they do their best but drink service can be a little slow.
