Waited 12mins in drive through and it was only 11:15am. My $5 Crunchwrap supreme was all cheese and tortilla. If there was 1.5-2ozs of beef on there I’d be shocked. It didn’t taste good either. Been coming here for years and service and food have been getting worse by the year.

I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for over 20 years. Never got my order wrong. Don’t listen to any other bad reviews they are wrong. Way better than other Taco Bell’s in the area. I love this Taco Bell and it’s workers are amazing

I ordered a hard taco and it looked like this.. couldn’t even pick it up to eat it. Terrible experience. FIRED!! I’m mad because I’m a night manager at a taco bell and that’s not right. Get people that know what they are doing while working. Please get it together.

Ordered a chulupa and found a bug in the lettuce. I used the wrapper to squish it. I brought it back and the guy said right away he can’t remake it ( which I never wanted it remade as I was so disgusted, nor did I ask him) Then he picked up the bug and tore it apart on the front counter and told me it wasn’t a bug( even though we saw legs and guts smeared when we smashed it). He said it’s definitely something nasty though. Then the manager gave me my money back and barely said sorry. Horrible customer service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order today (08/21) online. I went through the drive thru to pick it up around 2:33PM. I informed the worker through the speaker that I was here to pick up for “Jocelyn”, the lady tells me to “pull around”. I pull around and the food is still not ready. Which can be understandable. However the way they communicate is so unprofessional and makes the place look poorly managed and ghetto! The lady is yelling with her coworkers that I’m at the window. You hear one yell back “Well tell her to go back around!!”. Like ms. Ma’am you’re the one who instructed me to pull to next window. They were just hollering in there.. moving super slow. They were too lazy to even talk right (the mumble). I placed my order about an hour ago. This is such a joke! Currently still waiting in parking lot (along with other cars)

I come here a decent amount of times. And I usually leave with a happy belly. Sadly I have 2 times where the food got me sick. Waited months to go back.. probably was an isolated incident. But last time we went no one got sick. So that’s good
