I ordered a hard taco and it looked like this.. couldn’t even pick it up to eat it. Terrible experience. FIRED!! I’m mad because I’m a night manager at a taco bell and that’s not right. Get people that know what they are doing while working. Please get it together.

The young guy that was working the drive thru around mid afternoon was so kind, and sweet. Didn’t get his name, but one of the best Taco Bell experiences because of how considerate, and professional he is. Definitely recommend coming to this location. 10/10!!!

Waited 12mins in drive through and it was only 11:15am. My $5 Crunchwrap supreme was all cheese and tortilla. If there was 1.5-2ozs of beef on there I’d be shocked. It didn’t taste good either. Been coming here for years and service and food have been getting worse by the year.

Pop was only filled 3/4… Cheesy gordita crunch pita was up under cooked and didn’t have the proper amount of ingredients…5 layer burrito the shell was not filled enough, it was flat barely had any meat mainly just the cheese and sour cream…the cheesy potatoes were overcooked and were old but there was lots of cheese and sour cream to cover that up but the girl at the window did say to have a nice night as she handed me a 3/4 filled cup

They are good with most food service, but some of the employees seem not to care about customer satisfaction, but it is fast food and to expect any more would be the mindset of a Karen. Foods fast and good!

I come here all the time and the service is getting worse and worse every time I come here and I think it’s going to me me start avoiding this place. The Taco Bell in Palos Hills is SO MUCH better. They have never gotten my order wrong and usually have a happy tone in their voice unlike the workers I end up seeing here. I come here at all different times and that doesn’t affect my service. I don’t want to have to check my food before leaving the drive through. The last time I was here I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my food. I like my tacos plain and they always end up putting on things I have asked to remove. Accidents happen but I don’t want trouble when I tell a worker that my order was wrong. I just want the food that I ordered. Like I said this has happened multiple times and I don’t know if I will continue coming to this location. I am at my wits end. Please do better.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order today (08/21) online. I went through the drive thru to pick it up around 2:33PM. I informed the worker through the speaker that I was here to pick up for “Jocelyn”, the lady tells me to “pull around”. I pull around and the food is still not ready. Which can be understandable. However the way they communicate is so unprofessional and makes the place look poorly managed and ghetto! The lady is yelling with her coworkers that I’m at the window. You hear one yell back “Well tell her to go back around!!”. Like ms. Ma’am you’re the one who instructed me to pull to next window. They were just hollering in there.. moving super slow. They were too lazy to even talk right (the mumble). I placed my order about an hour ago. This is such a joke! Currently still waiting in parking lot (along with other cars)

Ordered a chulupa and found a bug in the lettuce. I used the wrapper to squish it. I brought it back and the guy said right away he can’t remake it ( which I never wanted it remade as I was so disgusted, nor did I ask him) Then he picked up the bug and tore it apart on the front counter and told me it wasn’t a bug( even though we saw legs and guts smeared when we smashed it). He said it’s definitely something nasty though. Then the manager gave me my money back and barely said sorry. Horrible customer service.
