While ordering the young lady at the window started arguing and getting rude saying i they didn’t have grilled chicken when I asked three times for the spicy royal crispy chicken Sandwich which is fried! If she worried more about working then to what was on her phone she would have actually heard me. She then refused to take my order at all causing me to have to pull to the window. She then refused to speak a word to and sent her manager to the window and kept giving me dirty looks. The manager also did not apologize for her staffs actions or rudeness. If I had to rate this store 0-10 I would rate it a negative 5

THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FULL PRICE FOR A WATER. Asked for a cup of water with the $6 meal that doesn’t come with a drink and they added it on as a large coke for $2.59. I told them it’s water not a large coke so I got attitude back saying she knew and my total was over $9 instead of $6.56. I got to the window and asked if they were charging me for the water. She said it’s the same price no matter what. Told to her to take it off. Of course she gave me attitude and handed me the food. Since when does a place charge the same for WATER!? First and last time I’ll go there.

Went to Burger King tonight and honestly, I rather y’all just close for the day if you don’t want to serve guest quality on certain shifts. I ordered two whoppers with cheese, they were prepared with no care. I was charged extra twice over for cheese, no cheese, old lettuce, the sandwich was constructed sloppy it was falling apart when opened. Fries were not fresh and and I watched the employee struggle to put them in the container because her nails were extremely long, to the extent it definitely violated basic food safety protocols and was not not sanitary.. Too cold and late now to get a refund. Disappointing I rather have not eaten here at all.

Went today (Saturday) at 11:30am and found 1 car in the lot and 1 in the drive thru. No one answered the speaker so the lady asked if I would back up and let her out which I did. I pulled up to the entrance and there were no lights on. I took the hint and went to Sonic. Do the community a favor and close down for something/someone that takes pride is customer service and working for a living.
