My takeout order was wrong. Order a burrito with chicken and got a veggie bowl. Frustrating but wasn’t about to drive the 40 mins back. Paying $16 for beans, avocado, and yoghurt is pretty disappointing. Receipt confirms my order should’ve had chicken.

Regularly dine here for their veggie chopped salad . Always fresh and crunchy with a delicious Green Goddess kind of dressing . Ordered veggie tacos which were good bang for the bucks. Another family member loved the chimichanga. Recommend this for a budget friendly Mexican meals .

Usually eat at Lulu’s on the Alameda but had an errand at Town and Country and stopped by to have a Jalapeño and Cheese Burrito with Cilantro rice and Black beans and hot sauce. Lulu’s is our go-to spot for our “taco” Tuesdays (even though I normally get a burrito instead of tacos). I am a simple creature and find great comfort in a really good bean & cheese burrito. My favorite spot is down in LA and Lulu’s is the first place in Northern California that has been consistently delectable.
Their green salsa is great too! Yum.
I’ve had their enchiladas and nachos too and have never been disappointed.

This is the Best, freshest Mexican food I’ve eaten in Palo Alto, Peninsula and South Bay. Definitely underrated! I’ve been to many restaurants and Lulu’s is by far the best. After eating this you can feel your body energized with excellent nutrition. I can’t believe how many people give poor reviews that have absolutely nothing to do with the quality of food nor the customer service. I been to this place about a dozen times and every time I visit, Always consistent, fresh and delicious. Erica and the crew are always welcoming and friendly. I worked in the restaurant industry for 25+ years and the service is always impeccable. I came in today to buy food for my family whom my sister is at Stanford ICU and Erica was truly compassionate about my sister’s well being. I wish there was more people like Erica who love what they do and show care for others in the world. I want to express my gratitude to all of the team and Erica for showing love to my family and delivering the quality of food they produce to keep us healthy. I’ll be forever customer for now on! Thank you Lulu’s for hiring a wonderful friendly staff. They treat you like family and that’s the kind of family/business I rather give my money to. Once again Thank you from heart to yours! They make it all fresh every day! What doesn’t sell goes to waste, but yes, their food is as fresh as it can be. I’m a big fan of the chiles rellenos, but their crispy tacos are also a huge favorite in our family. Be warned there are only a few tables outside to eat. Great for take out or delivery. The lemonade is a bit too sweet for my taste, but that is the only drawback in my opinion.
