Ordered online said would be ready by 6:15. I arrived at 6:18. Waited in line over 20 minutes to get to window and told they didn’t have order. They found order finally. Was not made yet. Finely received order. Got home. Order was wrong. Correct sandwich but incorrect veggies. Ordered chips didn’t receive. Will not be returning.

Every single time we order food and pick it up in the drive-thru this subway forgets something. Sometimes it’s chips, sometimes it’s cookies. Today we ordered 10 chocolate chips cookies and they only gave us 4! It’s so frustrating.

I left subway for good as now you can not build your own sandwich . I wanted a sandwich with bacon and cheese I was told I couldn’t order that. so if I can’t order what I will eat no need to stop anymore. The only reason I come here instead of any other subway is bc my son loves their pizza. But my sandwich is always cold even though is supposed to be toasted. The customer service is truly awful. The best u can hope for is complete indifference. They rarely answer the phone. Tonight I called 3 times no answer. Pulled up to order at the window to order and no answer. Said hello is anyone there? Waited awhile till I finally pulled around and went inside. They where open but apparently only had 2 employees that couldn’t be bothered to say anything. When I asked for a pizza he said that’s a different part of the restaurant and he could take my sandwich order. The owners wife just happened to be there and wanted to take my name and number to try and make things right. She was very nice and clearly wanted to help but I just wanted to get my kids fed and home to bed. I left. Went to the subway on north west ave but, after waiting to order for more than a min (a min was all I was willing to give at this point) I left and went to great china buffet. They recognized us when we walked in and made fresh fries for my kids. Should have just gone there in the first place.

I usually stop at this subway when I am in the area. Today I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. The sandwich was toasted. When It came time to pay, the cashier gave me the total and walked off. I stood there until the guy asked if I needed something else. I told him I’m missing my cookies. When I began to eat my sandwich I found the chicken to be cold. This is the second time this has happened. I don’t think I will come back to this location.

Fast and friendly. This order was accurate during my most recent drive thru experience; however, during the previous visit my sandwich had toasted bread yet my grilled meat was cold. Yuck!

The employee G.O.,Geo or Go was very much rude,due the fact that he over toasted (had the meat crispy) he he had a terrible attitude because I asked him to prepare it over. The restaurant itself though appeared to be very clean.
