To the owners of this Subway. My name is Eddie. I work for the Department of Human Services and was completing a last minute assignment from West Helena late in the evening. When I was leaving El Dorado I realized my phone was on 1%. I was concerned that i wouldn’t make it home safely without charging it. The chances of me getting lost or sleepy were very high if I could not get my phone charged. That’s were an employee at this Subway saved the day. This young lady did not hesitate to charge my phone for me without even knowing the circumstances. Before i knew it I was back on the road and on my way home. I eventually made it home safely and before I got too sleepy thanks to Ms. Misha. I hope I got her name right. This young lady along with the other workers were very professional and they never stopped moving. Cleaning and attending to customers as well. A million thanks again Ms. Misha. I wouldn’t have made it without your kindness. ☺️

Ordered online said would be ready by 6:15. I arrived at 6:18. Waited in line over 20 minutes to get to window and told they didn’t have order. They found order finally. Was not made yet. Finely received order. Got home. Order was wrong. Correct sandwich but incorrect veggies. Ordered chips didn’t receive. Will not be returning.

The only reason I come here instead of any other subway is bc my son loves their pizza. But my sandwich is always cold even though is supposed to be toasted. The customer service is truly awful. The best u can hope for is complete indifference. They rarely answer the phone. Tonight I called 3 times no answer. Pulled up to order at the window to order and no answer. Said hello is anyone there? Waited awhile till I finally pulled around and went inside. They where open but apparently only had 2 employees that couldn’t be bothered to say anything. When I asked for a pizza he said that’s a different part of the restaurant and he could take my sandwich order. The owners wife just happened to be there and wanted to take my name and number to try and make things right. She was very nice and clearly wanted to help but I just wanted to get my kids fed and home to bed. I left. Went to the subway on north west ave but, after waiting to order for more than a min (a min was all I was willing to give at this point) I left and went to great china buffet. They recognized us when we walked in and made fresh fries for my kids. Should have just gone there in the first place.
