1710 Gold Hill Rd, Fort Mill, SC 29708 bread was dry, hard, and cold. I ordered a hot sandwich, but the bread was so cold, hard, and stale it made the entire sandwich cold. I had to heat my sandwich in the microwave before eating it. Staff is not friendly at all.
11112-A S. Tryon location, Charlotte, NC. I ended up at the Gold Hill Rd location looking for fresh hot bread because this location’s bread is always hard as a rock. There was one time this location had hot bread when the corporate office was visiting. Whatever happened to the nice manager who worked here who always had a smile on her face and made customers feel welcomed?

A very good and clean location. Their employees are always friendly and welcoming. Regardless of whether it’s an healthy option or not, but their food is good and I enjoy their soft bread. Every time we come to this Jersey Mike’s, the sandwiches are made to absolute perfection — fresh, consistent, and just the way we like them. Tonight, even right before closing, the team gave 100% like it was the middle of the day. Jackson was locked in on the grill, making everything come out just right as always, and TJ up front making everything else perfect and was super friendly and welcoming, taking the time to actually chat and made the experience great. They always make us feel like valued customers, not just another order at this location, learning all their names as well as their new hire Amber handling her stuff, love this place!

I just had one of the best customer service experiences in a long time, thanks to three outstanding employees at Jersey Mike’s. Samantha, Carmen and Jackson were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to help me choose what to order—all with genuine smiles and a great attitude. It’s rare these days to come across staff who are not only helpful but also seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. They made my visit feel personal and positive, and I left not only with a great sub but also a great impression. Kudos to the team—keep it up!

This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at this Jersey Mike’s on Gold Hill road. The employee was content on serving me wet lettuce on my salad and sandwich” they did not informed me they had fresh cut lettuce in storage instead. Due to looking in my salad and seeing saturated lettuce” I decline my meal and went somewhere else.

I ordered online using their website 30 minutes before they closed. The transaction went through and my order was received. When I showed up to get my food they pretended like they never received my order and closed the store. When I asked about a refund they told me to call customer support…there isn’t one, it is on a FAQ section. I would avoid this location.

Not sure why on Earth you need to pre-order for this location. It’s never ready when it’s supposed to be. You might as well just order it when you get there. Very frustrating.

The staff here are excellent & customer service is just outstanding. Subs are a bit pricy–like $20 for an extra large sub seems outrageous–but I like the people and get treated well here. Whoever is managing this place deserves credit.
