The history of this Taco Bell was accentuated today with a more than 45 minute wait. This was not due to the lack of effort from the employees on the front line. They all seem to be focused and engaged in accomplishing their part of the process. The systemic issue at this store seems be from being understaffed. I assure you that if the dining room had been busy it would have been a disaster. Last time I ordered a late dinner, I contated Taco Bell and received no response. When I mention that to one of the hard-working young men managing to work bith the counter and the window he said that he would have someone come talk to me. I waited a few minutes and someone came around the corner and literally tossed a bag with the missing item that I was shorted in my last order and by the time I looked up there was no one there. No discussion whatsoever, no apologies, nothing. I would only recommend this place if you we’re having one of a Taco Bell craving that was not going to be curved until you received your helping of Taco Bell and was willing to wait for it.

I recently stopped in at this Taco Bell while traveling through Terre Haute. Their drive thru was surprisingly quick and easy compared to the ones back home where I’ve waited 30+ mins for my food. Here I was able to place my order within a few minutes of getting in line (I was the 3rd car in line) and the food was handed out in a timely manner. I was amazed at how quick it was and the food was made well. The staff were all very polite and thanked me several times for my visit. Best experience I’ve had at Taco Bell in a long time.

I have never been to a dirtier restaurant that was not busy at all. There was maybe one car in the drive thru when we placed the order and one couple waiting for their food inside. We waited roughly 30 minutes for one meal with no communication as to why we waited so long.

on multiple occasions i have asked for no sour cream and for more than half, i have had sour cream on my crunchwrap. this is a dietary restriction that is very sensitive to me. please correctly make orders with modifications.

First of all, this situation wasn’t even my order. This was something I overheard while waiting for my order. It’s extremely telling and EXTREMELY unproffesional to complain about a customer having a food allergy so loudly! I knew when I heard the person making the food go, “I doubt they’re not even allergic!” That the staff did not care about the customers they’re serving. I hope they made that customers food right, though I doubt they did.
This leads me to my next point, my food. I had made 2 modifications to my 2 items. I removed tomatoes (as i’m ALLERGIC) and added nacho cheese to one. The other I removed spicy ranch (As I can’t handle spice) and added nacho cheese. I paid an extra 2 dollars to get nacho cheese on my items and I didn’t get either. Infact, my modifications weren’t read at all. Not only could I not even eat my food, I’m down the money to add the modifications to my food! Don’t expect this location to care about your food safety, they don’t care.

This doesnt include that I bought a orange cream and vanilla freeze, only to find out none of the drinks besides water and tea were available.

Thank you taco bell for wasting my money! 😀

Check your food before you leave the building. My usual order is a soft party pack add sour cream no tomatoes because my daughter and i are allergic. This has caused many issues with the store as they say it’s cheaper to put it in as Supreme, but they always end up putting tomatoes on it anyway. Because I said I’m allergic to tomatoes every single time I put the order in. I’ve already contacted corporate about it once, but today’s issue 5/16/22, my tacos from my party pack from last night, 1 taco’s cheese is on the outside of the taco (see picture). Another Taco has only the meat inside and nothing else. I’m scared to see what the rest of the box looks like. I did order other things last night not just the party pack, which is why I’m eating the tacos now instead of last night. Everything else is fine tacos are the easiest thing to make I know this because I want to talk about for almost 3 years. I still remember how to make a taco. It’s fine I’ll just fix it myself ~~5min later I checked the rest of the box. Even recorded myself opening the remaining tacos to prove I didn’t do anything to them. Will not be coming back. I’ll make my own tacos from now on.

The only reason to give four stars is that their drive thru is incredibly slow. Other than that, they got my order right and was not shy with the Nacho Fries unlike other places. Also, my Spicy Potato Soft taco has a good amount of potatoes in it.

Was super excited because I heard chili cheese burritos were back. Stopped to get two of them and I paid almost $4 a piece for nothing more than two tortillas. Absolutely 110% disappointed and will never go back. I hope it was just that location. I gave a star because it wouldn’t allow to leave zero stars. Gave 3 stars for service just because I took them to the counter and they said they would remake them, but I never trust sending food back!

Updating a previous positive review because the service has really gone downhill over the last few visits. I am not sure if better training is needed or what but my last few visits have experienced larger wait time while there is not that large of a crowd. Seems to be about 6 people on the clock but only one or two are working. Nothing wrong with having a good time at work but when the few customers that are there are waiting for food that should be the focus. I put a mobile order in at approximately 8:08 was walking out of the store with my food approximately 8:35

Have any of you other reviewers been inside this place? It is absolutely gross. I’m here at 10am for breakfast and it’s obvious that nothing has even been cleaned up from the following evening. The these pictures don’t Even begins to describe how bad it is but it’s the best I could do. My breakfast hash brown patty tasted weird and cold, my sausage crunchwrap is lukewarm but seems to taste okay – I was just going to throw away but decided to try it first, hopefully it’s safe to eat. I can’t even begin to understand why there’s some lettuce on it but whatever.

An employee saw me taking these pictures and asked if something was wrong. I told him the place was disgusting and I was putting this review on Google. Their response was to ask if I wanted a free taco coupon. No I don’t want a free taco coupon! They said they were shorthanded but about 30 years ago I worked for Taco Bell and I know the closing procedure, all of this should have been done before the place even closed last night. And some of the stuff doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned for days or weeks. Honestly the health department should be checking this place out. Go somewhere else!
