Just some advice, please pay more attention to your patrons that come inside. Don’t just stand there at your stations while it’s dead (no one around) and ignore/play on your phone. Feeling like I’m “bothering” the staff is ridiculous. Acknowledgment, kindness and communication go a long way.

It’s Taco Bell, you can’t go wrong! I love this location, it gets very busy at times, but I think the staff does and amazing job getting people through the drive through. I’m so glad the brought back the Mexican Pizzas.

WORKERS NEED TO PAY ATTENTION……(1) When I tell you my order and you repeat it back to me, and I drive miles down the interstate to figure out its wrong, but the receipt matches the order except for one small detail. (2) At 8:30 pm, they are out of unsweetened tea but have sweet tea. To many who don’t know this, it takes a lot less effort to make unsweetened tea than sweet! But Sonic down at the interstate fixed that. Now we know who’s dependable, and you can leave them a tip. Thanks, Sonic, I hope my car hop enjoys her lunch tomorrow!

All of the employees here are extremely rude. First intake. They forgot my chalupa. And all of my food was wet. Like soaked in water my hard taco was just mush. The room temp tomatoes were discusting. It was so bad that halfway through my chalupa I just went to get McDonald’s instead I didn’t even ask for a refund but this place is gonna make people sick. I’ve managed a restaurant for over ten years. Believe me, you don’t want to eat here.

This location needs to stop drenching all the food in the Chipotle Ranch sauce. This location is the only one that serves me power bowls with a PUDDLE of it. It’s unnecessary. It’s always like this. All three Taco Bell’s in Smyrna are awful. Do yourself a favor and get real Mexican food. I wish I did every time.

One of my guilty pleasures I will admit. I’ve been eating Taco Bell since I was a kid. There have been subtle changes over the years but all in all it’s still a quick easy place that’s consistent for a taco or late night craving. Glad Mexican pizzas are back but sold out today 🙁

If I could give zero stars, I would. Hours for weekdays are until 10 PM as stated online, but they just close up shop whenever they feel like it. Today they had a makeshift sign taped to the drive-thru mic with a band-aid that said closing at 8 PM. The cars in line 10-15 minutes before then were denied service but trapped in the line because there’s no way to get out of the line once you are in it. Had to wait another 15 minutes just to be able to leave with no service or food. Trash establishment. Was good a long time ago sadly.
