I arrived at 1p. I was the only one in the dining room. No one was in the drive thru, that I could tell. I waited 5 mins., then someone came to the counter. They didn’t take my order, but began to money count the register. They did not acknowledge that I was there, no greeting, no “one minute, please, nothing”. I’m big enough, that he couldn’t have missed me. After another 5 mins., instead of taking my order, he began texting on his phone. I left.

So this past weekend I pulled into the drive thru at this location at 6:03am, 3 minutes after they open. Nobody said anything to me for 8 minutes. Several other cars behind me just left because they weren’t answering the intercom at all. At 6:11 a girl finally said that their machines weren’t ready yet and it would be a few minutes, and asked me to pull back around into the drive thru so she could tell the other car behind me. So I pulled back around. At 6:20 I politely asked if the machines were ready and they said no not yet. I said okay no problem I can wait. I was being VERY polite and nice. Then a different girl (the Hispanic girl with short hair that is apparently the manager in the morning) spoke for the first time and said VERY RUDELY “you can’t just sit there in the drive thru.” I was a bit surprised because I had been very kind and patient. I said “what would you like me to do?” The same rude girl replied “you can wait in the parking lot but you can’t just sit in the drive thru.” I said “okay sorry.” And pulled around to wait in the parking lot. At 6:30am I pulled back into the drive thru and they said they were ready….30 minutes after they open. Then I politely asked for a discount because I had to wait for 30 minutes. The same incredibly rude Hispanic girl with the short hair (apparently the manager) said “No I can’t just go giving away food.” I said very politely “Well I had to wait for 30 minutes so I was hoping for a discount.” The rude girl said “mistakes happen, our machines weren’t ready. Stuff happens, it’s not our fault. I can’t give away food.” Finally we settled on a $1ish discount. The Hispanic girl with short hair should not be in management. She is unprofessional and extremely rude to customers. She also apparently cannot do her ONE JOB of having the store opened and ready on time. I’ve worked in fast food management before, I know how it is, and there is NO EXCUSE for her extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. I have it on recording. If you cannot do the one simple task of having the restaurant ready on time, then don’t work there. It’s simple. I want my money back.

After the remodel about a year ago, I was really hopeful this place would thrive again. Not so. These young people working here could care less about us being here or helping anyone. Clearly standing at the counter, trying to get some help. 3 employees walked by looking at a glance then walking away with their heads down. Finally a young man did come answer my question. Only after I announced loudly I had a question. If this is the example the owners of this place are happy with, well go to another TacoBell.

We went to this Taco Bell on Sunday, 11/12 around 12:30pm and ordered several items. We get home to find a tiny burrito and my spicy potato soft tacos with extra lettuce looked like this. Potatoes were hard as rocks and not warm.

False advertisements shouldn’t be given to customers and I don’t know how you guys can service this very unprofessional taco Bell should do better the employee that gave me my food threw the bag with an attitude and if I give one back they will start to do something bad to the customer and I will get in contact with Corp with this food and how they treated me. I do not recommend anyone to eat from here ever again. I wish I could give no star to them because they don’t deserve it at all.

I don’t know if this is on the store or Taco Bell practicing shrink-flation. Every time I have gotten one of these Cantina chicken burritos it’s been smaller every single time. I paid $10.40 for this burrito and fries. The burrito is 4 1/2 inches long. Not even worth it. Greed

If I could put 0 stars on here I would. 0/10. I have been coming here for over a year since I moved from Nashville. And today, I found this kind of worm balled up in my lettuce/cheese on my taco. This is absolutely disgusting and is such a health and safety hazard. Please do not come here, I don’t know if this is a one time thing or if we have all been eating nasty bug infested food. I mean I tried to take the best photos but there’s feet and guts on this organism i found in my food.

I would give -10 stars if I could. The only reason we keep trying this place is it’s so close to our house. Every time I say no sour cream and they put it on the confirmation screen and my receipt. If I had a dollar for every time they loaded whatever I ordered up with sour cream I’d have a lot of dollars. I actually had to make a rule that my wife and I don’t even pull forward in line without me checking all of my items. Every time we are in a rush and drive off I wind up with food items loaded with sour cream. Avoid this place if you value your order being correct. Not to mention they are always somehow out of stock of random popular menu items. Garbage waste of real estate. Better off going to the Taco Bell on Sam Ridley Pkwy.
