I ordered the boss footlong with a double toast, and it was the best sandwich from a restaurant I ever ate. The only reason anybody complains about Subway is that they do not know about ordering a double-toasted sub. And with the boss, it tastes like an upgraded hot pocket with much more protein. Highly recommend. Also, the staff is really friendly and answers any questions asked of them. So no excuse to be rude in the end.

The place looks clean and nice, but the employee who works on 01/01/2021 at around 1pm was unwelcoming person. He just mistreated me like he doesn’t want me there. Guess what, he let me wait for a long period of time without even greeting me. While he serving me, he was talking to me with a loud angry voice tone. I noticed that he was welcoming certain people with warm greetings, that was weird!

Christine, showed poor customer service tonight, 2/11/19. She had tried to charge us extra for things that aren’t supposed to be an extra charge. When we walked in she was unprepared and when she finally began to start making our sandwiches she stopped and walked to the back for almost 10 minutes, keeping us waiting at 12:15am. She was also very slow, taking 10 minutes for one sandwich and comes off with a slight attitude. We come in here after working out at the gym, waiting on this poor service feels like a second workout. I hope someone does something about Christine’s customer service.
