Wow. This may have been the best Taco Bell experience my fiancee and I have ever experienced. No joke. I have loved Taco Bell my whole life and I have never had it so fresh, so delicious, and so satisfying. Whoever was working in the kitchen on July 12 2023, kudos my friend. Simply amazing. Went to this restaurant late Thursday night June 1st, 2023. The boy handling the drive through at first couldn’t tell me how long it would take to get my food. Then after 25 minutes I went back through the drive through just so they could tell me the computers were down. I told them it was a mobile order pick up, which they then told me they didn’t have it. Not the first time this has happened. Seems like that whenever the children working here don’t want to work anymore they claim the system is down. What a waste of time. Rude customer service and zero professionalism. What ever happened to the customer is always right.. The fast food industry, especially at this location is a direct correlation to the current human condition.

This is the only location in Wilmington that I go to. It’s newly built and kept clean. The food is always on point. The service is top notch. I have never had an issue at this location. It’s worth the drive unlike the other locations.

so we went at 12:30 am, waited a very long time but after we waited. the customer service was amazing. the gentlemen working the window was so sweet and honestly deserves some form of praise or a raise honestly. he handles situations with the absolute best of the ability. he deserves a raise!!!!

You guys can turn off door dash if you have too many orders!!! I really wish restaurants would use this feature so door dashers aren’t sitting in the parking lot for a half hour to make $8! Bro come on. Taco Bell isn’t even real food, it shouldn’t take as long as a sit down restaurant to make it. been wasting my time and money in the Taco Bell parking lot (and and about 15 other cars)

They said they ran out of beef. They offered steak instead, I agreed even though I wanted beef. They then wanted a premium charge for steak. I told them I didn’t think it was right to pay for steak when the whole reason I was forced to get it was because they were out of beef. One employee came from the back just to look at me with a scowl and another employee said, “well he ain’t getting his food then.” If you can’t provide what a customer wants then you shouldn’t charge extra- it’s on you for not having the items available. Secondly, having 2 employees make inappropriate gestures and comments is extremely unprofessional. This location must have an extreme lack of management as the employees acted in a manner of complete infelicitous conduct.

The assistant manager Michael at this store always goes above and beyond my boyfriend and I’s expectations when we get our food at this location. We are picky and want extra crispy hashbrowns in the morning and he always drops fresh hashbrowns and makes them perfectly crispy for us every time. He is always very polite and respectful and we always are so happy leaving after as our food is always perfect! We come through fairly often and get both breakfast and lunch and the food is always good. Any mistake has always been corrected and we will always speak highly of this location! Also many employees we really like here too!

As a driver it’s a little unsettling, wasting time and money to drive to a store that says they open at 8am but are still closed at 9am. I noticed employees in there, they could have at least put a sign on the door so delivery drivers and other customers know what is going on. One lady said she waited a long time at the drive thru for nobody to respond. That’s not okay.
