The frappe we got was good. The food and the service was very bad. The staff comes across rude and very unhappy. Which is usually a sign of very poor leadership. The food tastes like and looks like it’s made from low cost garbage ingredients. Similar to what I think prison food probably tastes like.

I ate here about a week ago. The workers were very polite and inviting. They informed me how the place works since it was my first time. Either I can “take to go” or sit and dine and they would wait on me. I had iced coffee which was good, tho it was a bit expensive for what seemed like very little coffee. I also ordered chicken tenders and fries they were so tasty the food in my opinion was worth the cost. Overall I had a wonderful experience I will definitely be going back and recommend it to anyone

The wrap I received was as small as the palm of my hand and had a few frozen chicken slices (the type you get when you feel like making a lazy fajita dinner) and cheese in it. Besides the freezer-burnt flavor and the size of the wrap (with no side) the price was outrageous, I spent 12 dollars on that and a small coffee, which was actually pretty good as far as expensive coffee is concerned. The girl behind the counter was sweet, she just didn’t pay attention to when I told her not to add bacon to my order and I had to send it back, so all in all, my first experience will be my only experience.

Wouldn’t recommend this establishment to my worst enemy. Boss is incredibly abusive towards her workers. Once saw her get in a workers face over not putting a name on a cup. Espresso isn’t made fresh and milk was steamed, only to be left out.

Typically is a good place to get coffee, but they constantly charge you different prices for that same coffee I get EVERYTIME. The staff is rude and not friendly and lord for bid if you ask about the price of the coffee. WISH BAXLEY WOULD GET ANOTHER COFFEE SHOP!!!

I hate leaving a poor review for a small business, but I wish I knew this before stopping and wasting $9. Ordered oat milk latte and an oat milk cappuccino and was given drip coffee with a splash of oat milk for both. It was so hot, it burned our mouths even after waiting 30 minutes for it to cool off and we ended up having to dump both out. Would not go back
