The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a really nice atmosphere. It was quiet, calm, and relaxing which I appreciated. Our waitress was very kind and attentive, and she made the experience better.
The food was just okay this time. I ordered a few appetizers and they were decent but nothing that really stood out. However, my son absolutely loves the Oreo cheesecake and that never disappoints. Overall, it was a pleasant visit mainly because of the service and the peaceful environment.

We called due to having a large party to celebrate a birthday and they don’t do reservations. A place like this should offer reservations. There are alot of food options. I’m not a fan of many of the options. The cheesecake looked very delicious, but I didn’t get any. Service was great for our large party. Oh we did have a 2 hour wait if we wanted to wait. We did wait and the time went by pretty quick even though it was late.

I can never complain about The Cheesecake Factory. It’s the quintessential, consistent, something-for-everyone restaurant—everyone leaves happy. If you’re watching what you eat, they’ve got you covered with their Skinnylicious menu. And if calories mean nothing to you, they have just about anything you can think of: burgers, salads, pasta dishes, steaks, and more. It’s one of the few places where you’ll find almost every generation dining together.
Tonight, my wife had the Skinnylicious Branzino. I went with the Tuscan Chicken, and my son wanted pizza. We all split a vanilla bean cheesecake for dessert. Everything was great, as expected.
When I’m in the mood for pasta, I usually order the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta—it’s always excellent. This is just one of those places you can’t go wrong, and that’s a good thing.

My boyfriend and I came during dinner time on Sunday and it was the best experience! Our waitress was super attentive and made my belated birthday experience delightful. After our meal she surprised us with a free sundae & a lit candle. Also, I used my birthday reward to get my free cheesecake.
I got the meatloaf which tasted exceptional alongside the sweet corn and mashed potatoes. My boyfriend got the steak frites but he was disappointed with how small the steak was for $29. Overall, it was a great dinner!

Everything was hot, fresh and flavorful… I had a Mai Tai and whew it was delicious my daughter had a Margaritas that also was delicious. Happy for the experience

We went out for dinner, and this restaurant is always busy. The server forgot to bring us water, and we felt the drinks were served late. Their pasta always tastes good, but the shrimp gumbo was too spicy and oily. I love that they serve bread and butter while we wait for the meal.

Absolutely wonderful service. We didn’t wait long to be seated. The food was delicious and the cheesecake selections we’re phenomenal! We ordered the Reese’s peanut butter cheesecake and the new passion fruit cheesecake. They were to die for! I even ordered one to-go! My daughter loved her bday cheesecake! Highly recommended!!

I did a to go order. I ordered 2 Cajun salmon dinners. 1 kids meal. I neglected to check my order before leaving, as I never had a previous issue with our food. Unfortunately, tonight was a flop. 1 order of the Cajun salmon was soaked in a white/milky watery substance(NOT HOW IT SHOULD BE). of course, the restaurant was closed. So now everyone else is eating but not me.

We always go for the excellent hot chocolate and pastries, which were as delicious as ever. Our waitress was also wonderful, very attentive and professional. However, my experience was marred by the salad, which unfortunately wasn’t fresh and was difficult to enjoy. Although my mother loved her burger and fries, I would love to see more attention paid to the salad ingredients so they matched the high quality of their other offerings. We will certainly return for the sweets, but we hope for a fresher salad experience next time.

Javier was our waiter on the Marine Corps 250th birthday. He’s the best because he asked what we wanted and gave it to us. Ribeye steak was lavishly mouth-watering and seasoned to perfection like this old 82-year-old Marine who still fits into his dress blues. Pumpkin cake with chocolate topping was unusual but tasty.
